Cyclesense carry a stock of the items I wanted (which are not always readily available elsewhere) so there was no delay in fulfilling my order. Full information about despatch and delivery was provided. The delivery time given was precise convenient and adhered to. When I needed some help and information about installation of the item supplied to me, my enquiry received prompt attention and I could not have expected a more considerate and helpful response. This customer is satisfied.

Cycle sense was the only place I could find my daughters frog bike. It was sold out everywhere I looked. It arrived very speedily following good communication re delivery. My daughter loves her new bike, would recommend cycle sense.

We were really pleased to find the Croozer trailer we wanted online and at a very good price. The ordering process was quick and simple, we were kept updated on the order, and the trailer arrived two days later- earlier than we'd initially expected!

i had need of a bar-end mirror for my commute road bike and had the B&M Star Mirror recommended by a friend. I found it here way cheaper than anywhere else, and with ridiculously low postage charges too.

Needed a replacement part by the weekend and received it special delivery - happy faces all round.

I bought a child seat from another shop and when I fitted it, found that It was locked to the frame and the keys were missing. The original shop was no help at all and basically said I was lying. I found that Cyclesense had the keys on their website so I ordered them. I got a phone call from Cyclesense saying the distributor was out of stock, I explained the situation and they said they would look into it for me. A couple of days later I got the keys and other things I ordered. Cyclesense really went out of their way to help with this and I'm really happy with the service.

just what I needed - first site to have replacement B&M dynamo light bulbs - after trawling the internet. Good pictures & technical info to ensure collect items, quick delivery & secure in parcel. How motorists can see me brightly, I can use my own energy to light my way & reduce my carbon footprint. Thanks Cyclesense - and fairly local too (Yorkshire) hence reduced pollution mileage to travel via Royal Mail.

The on-line ordering process was simple and straightforward. I was disappointed not to receive any acknowledgement for a few days and then it was just an email from Cyclesense with no order information. I received another email telling me the order had been processed but no information about expected delivery time, carrier, etc.
The order arrived within the stated time frame but the boxes inside were a bit bashed about inside the jiffy bag although the 2 quick release skewers were absolutely fine.
As I say, fair service but not great. Great price for the skewers, though!

Went on the website, wish was extra easy to navigate. Ordered what I wanted, got a call to confirm it was all in place. When I called with a question they were really nice and friendly and got my bike trailer when I was told I'd get it. Would definitely use you again! !

I have purchased two touring expedition bikes from Cyclesense and always found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable of the product. The point I make below is minor and I still rate the shop at 5 stars.

My only criticism is that the specification of the second bike was a little different from the manufacturer's web site, and I did not discover this until after the purchase. This was the make of wheellock, which was changed from Abus to Trelock, which resulted in my original security chain did not fit and I had to purchase a new one.

This was my first order from the store.kept me informed of the progress of the order, arrived well packaged and an excellent product which was a Busch and Muller bar end mirror for drop bars, best drop bar mirror by far.
