An unprofessional business with extremely poor customer service - particularly after-sales. They champion the cliche of the cowboy car salesman, BS all they way once they have your £££. Certainly not to be trusted in my recent experience.

The tyre was ALREADY punctured (had a large nail in tyre) - this was known by them, because just before I drove it off the forecourt, they inflated it. These guys are liars - I did NOT get the puncture 4 days later ! … it’s a slow puncture, and the sensor picked up the air loss. Typical smarmy, duplicitous response I’d expect from this ‘del boy’

Dealt with by Lewis. He was amazing from start to finish, had all the answers too my constant questions. So quick and easy to work with. I sold my car and was in rush to get a new car and he had it ready for me in a few days! Amazing service top dealership. Would return again in future

Well what can i say about Dace. After looking for weeks for my new car bmw x5, (and be careful people there is loads of rip off merchants out there) i finally foud 1 at dace. Went to view it on 8/8/25. Met by a guy named Ryan, very welcoming and easy going. Went for a test drive in car and drove lovely. Agreed a px value and to replace 2 worn rear tyres on new car and the sale was done. Went back on 16/8/25 to collect my new car. On the way to the motorway the car started to judder. As an old school mechanic i though an injector was misfiring or somthing like that. Turned round took the car back to Ryan who then test drove it and agrreed there was a fault. He then rng the bmw specialist who they use and they said could be a mismatch of tyres causing xdrive system to play up, so ryan booked me straight in to a tyre shop to have 2 fronts fitted aswell. Unfortunately that did'nt solve the fault. So they gave me a courtesy car and said they will get it looked at. The following Tuesday as Ryan had been on his days off they took it to the bmw specialist to be diagnosed. They found that because the tyres where different brands on front than the back they diagnosed that it was causing a differential judder and said in need 4 matching bmw approved star rated tyres. Ryan sourced said tyres and had them fitted keeping me in the loop as best he could when he was updated. Anyway long story short picked it up yesterday 21/8/25. Car drove lovely and did not fault on my 60 mile drive home. After reading some of the bad reviews on here while waiting for my car I did start to get a little worried, but I can assure everyone that I think that Ryan and dace handled the situation very professionally. Please remember everyone a car can fault at anytime with no apparent reason but I'm confident in my experience that Dace @ stockport will do there best to resolve the matter. I love my new car, and Ryan is a credit to dace. Thank you pal. All the best Dave.

My old car failed its MOT so badly that it just wasn’t worth repairing, so I urgently needed a replacement. I decided to visit Dace Motors, hoping they could help me quickly as I was moving soon and needed something reliable.

From the moment I arrived, I was looked after by Mike Hogan, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Mike was absolutely outstanding – friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. He answered every single question I had with ease, provided all the information I needed, and even took the time to chat and make me feel relaxed during what had been a stressful week of car shopping.

With his help, I found the perfect car for me. I was able to test drive it and, to my amazement, the whole process was so smooth that I had the car ready for collection within just two days!

I recently bought a Nissan Juke and couldn’t be happier with the service. The sales lad, Lewis, was brilliant from start to finish – great communication, friendly, and professional. He did everything we asked to be done on the new car and made the whole process stress-free. We were also given a very fair price for our existing car. Excellent experience all round – highly recommended!
