Fast and efficient.
Lee, Dave and Ethan turned up on time and started work immediately. They covered up areas that we had missed and started taking the plaster off the walls needing treatment. They were very hard working, barely stopping for a break and were very friendly and accommodating throughout their time here. Cleaning up after the work had finished to a good standard.

I hired this company for damp proofing…
I hired this company for damp proofing work, but unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. During the process, they caused a leak in my newly installed kitchen, which led to significant damage to the pipework in my new extension. As a result, we had to make a hole in the extension to repair the damaged pipes—pipes that were brand new when the extension was built.
To make matters worse, we were left without hot water for an entire week. Upon discovering the leak, we contacted the company and spoke directly with the director. However, instead of offering any support in fixing the issue, they dismissed the problem and attributed it to supposedly faulty new pipework. This lack of accountability was deeply disappointing.
That said, I want to acknowledge that the workmen themselves were polite and tidy, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall experience with the company was not positive, and I would caution others before hiring them.

We are sorry to read this review. However, as discuss multiple times with yourself, respectfully we cannot be held responsible for a pre-existing issue with pipework in your property. Please note that this water leak was not even in the same area as our technicians were working and was not present when we were on site so much so that you had even left a glowing review praising us for how much of a great job we had done on another platform after the work was complete. It wasn’t then until a few days later that you informed us of your escape of water. We sympathise with your situation, but this issue was categorically not caused by our-selves and if it were we would obviously take on full responsibility. As you can see from the many fantastic reviews on Trustpilot and other sites we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and although we haven’t been able to satisfy you fully on this occasion, we appreciate the positives that you have mentioned above.

I had my living room
I had my living room, kitchen and hallways damp proofed and new living room floor installed. I thought it was bit expensive nevertheless I couldn’t fault the workmanship of the guys. They were friendly, hardworking and were on time every day and finished the work ahead of schedule.

Work crew arrived on time and promptly started getting to work straight away. Very speedily clearing away old materials and carefully laying new damp course and plastering. Quality of work and speed this was completed was absolutely amazing, plus the team were meticulous at cleaning up before departure - which was very much appreciated! I'm very grateful that Damp Proofing exists!
I'm very grateful that Damp Proofing Solutions did our living room and part of our kitchen rising damp. The house had two DPC injection one in 1999 and 2017. Unfortunately, the damp keeps coming back. Jack, the surveyor, did an accurate assessment of the property. They put a comprehensive solution not just DPC Injection.
The gentlemen dealt with the project with professionalism and very high standard of work. Plus they are PCA approved, so I don't have to worry about the quality of work should I decide to sell it in the future. Thank you so much guys!

Professional Company
Damp Proof Solutions are a fantastic company from initial enquiry to work completion. After being concerned with some damp issues, I was able to quickly book an appointment with a surveyor to inspect. The surveyor was very knowledgeable and informative. He was able to identity the issues and outlined clearly the work to be done, as well as being able to answer any questions I had until the job started. The guys who came and did the work were great. They arrived early, cracked on and did a great job. They also tidied up afterwards, leaving no rubbish behind. I can highly recommend Damp Proofing Solutions for any damp related problems!

Very professional company. DAMP EXPERTS
From the very start when Stuart the surveyor came into our home and checked every room we knew we were in good hands.
He explained in detail what would be needed to resolve our issues.
Then came Alex and Ben who were great, they just cracked on with what they were there for.
We couldn't fault them.
Clean and tidy lads and left everything perfect.
There were also two other lads but I didnt get there names but they were also very good.
We would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is having damp problems.

Excellent service all round. From Adam the surveyor to Alex and Ben who did the job. Not forgetting the office staff who kept us informed throughout. Very neat job with minimal disruption.

Multiple room vents installed
The fitters were very professional, courteous and they arrived on time as scheduled. They did a great job installing vents due to condensation and they cleared up after themselves. Good service.

Excellent local small business
We always like to support local family run businesses and have not been disappointed at all with our most recent choice. Damp Proof Solutions are always punctual, hard working and leave premises as clean as they can with this nature of work. This was the completing stage of work carried out on our house having had the first done 6 weeks ago. We were very happy with the continuity as we had moreorless the same team on each occasion.
