Ordered some sandals which arrived very promptly, the quality was fine however when I tried to return them (too small) that was a different story. Nothing I was asked for o do worked, I contacted the customer service department who told me to do everything I had already tried and then I was told I was unable to produce my own returns label and needed to take the parcel to a post office, which I duly did, the poor man could not work out how to do it either and I was fed up paying for postage when deduction should have been made one returned at half the cost. Needless to say I will not be purchasing from this company again. Very Disappointed

Stylish Sandals.
My biggest regret is, the sandals I ordered from this Company were too narrow for my feet and I had to return them. That aside, from start to finish including the return, everything went like clockwork. I’d have no hesitation in ordering from them again-if they promised to make wider fitting shoes for me! Would recommend.
