Great guys turned up on time did a fantastic job and cleared up after themselves they worked flat out explained everything that they were going to do and explained everything that they had done as well after told them their mothers should be proud of them.

Excellent from the first email asking for a quote to the time the guys finished the job and drove off the drive.

Excellent communication before the job and a reasonable price. A hiccup with the disconnection of the electrics was solved with no fuss and on the day of roof replacement (including timbers) Pete and Ben arrived promptly, worked incredibly hard and had the job finished in just under four hours. Everywhere was left clean and tidy and I'm thrilled with my smart new garage roof.

The pre-installation process was easy and the new garage roof seems good. It’s just the mess I had to clear up afterwards from bits of asbestos, glass from where the old window was taken out, fag butts, a lot of bits of sealant and glue from where they fit the new window and those bits ended up in my grass and soil.
* I would recommend that anyone who gets the roof replaced takes everything out first. There’s a lot of dust some of which may have asbestos particles in it. So not only do I now have to clean the garage but also to go through all of my stuff and clean that with wet wipes too.

From my initial contact with Danmarque I was given a competitive quote for a replacement garage roof. The quote was done remotely and quickly, and was acceptable to me, and was ultimately honoured. An attended site inspection occured following which, I was given a date for the work to be done. This was a prompt 7 day wait only. On the day, three guys came to do the work. They worked quickly and were professional about their work, completing the job in half a day. The new garage roof is excellent, very happy with it. Also a significant factor for me was that they removed the old asbestos roof, providing proof that they were licenced to do this.
Based on my experience, I would recommend Danmarque for quality garage roofs.

The whole process, from my 1st call, to survey, fitting and payment, was very straightforward.
Dylan and Guy did a good job, garage looks very smart now.
One good idea, I think, would be for either Danmarque, or the fitters, to confirm, on the day before fitting is due, that they are coming.

We had our asbestos garage roof replaced today. Carl and Max (Team F) arrived on the dot of 8 o’clock this morning. They work very well together and had the old roof safely removed, the new one in place and everything clean and tidy by 11:30. They are very friendly and helpful, they went through the process with us before starting, they explained everything and made sure we were happy before they left. The quality of product and installation is excellent. Highly recommended

The finished job looks great, all mess swept up despite several heavy rain storms during the job they carried on and finished on time. I now have a garage roof that not only looks good and is water proof. Thank You.

It was really straightforward. From my initial call to replace our garage roof. Carl and Max attended a day early - they gave me a call to see if this was fine and it worked out perfectly. They were just finishing when I arrived home. Carl walked me through what they did and advised me of the things to look out for should we encounter any issues. Danmarque refurbished my concrete lock-up garage today. This included the safe removal and disposal of the old asbestos roof; fitting of a new roof complete with anti condensation membrane and facia boards; and removal of the old door and fitting of a new up and over canopy garage door. The installers Carl and Max did an excellent job. All my interactions with Danmarque were first class, and a 10 year warranty is provided. I have no hesitation in recommending this Company.

Carl & max team F refurbished my garage two days early due to weather conditions on the booked day good decision and worked well for us. They explained all the work involved and never stopped till finished polite and thorough a job well done very pleased with the result

I would give no stars if I could. Firstly we arrived to the job and they had surveyed the wrong garage and were hammering the wrong garage. My garage has a number and they had the address. They did not fit all of the fascia or the downpipe properly because there were brambles which we could have cut back even as they started the job had they said anything. The roof itself appears sturdy enough though on closer inspection some of the screws are not square in the beams and one missed altogether. After they left, the garage door would not open. One of the two latches that opens the door had been adjusted in such a way that it did not move when the handle was turned. I had to pry my own garage door open damaging it in the process. They left me with a damaged garage door which was only discovered later when we tried to open it.

Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Installed and Refurbished garage and fitted electric door for £4K. Turns out they forgot to fit safety sensors on the door (I’ve been hit once and trapped once). Refuse to retrofit them as it’s more than 6 weeks since installation. Very very rude responses from a guy called Daniel - more interested in telling me he worked 20 mins overtime last night than checking my account. Now refusing to correspond with me. Shameful behaviour.

Great job by Carl and Max. They called to ask if they could come a day early which was fine. Carl explained to us exactly how they were going to proceed and the job was completed in a couple of hours. It was a lovely dry day today but we are quietly confident the new roof will be watertight

All aspects of the job were explained by Pete before work started. Pete and Ben worked professionally and efficiently. The site was cleaned and tidied upon completion. Pete explained in detail the work he and Ben had carried out before leaving.Most pleased with Pete and Ben and with Danmarque as a company who have been helpful throughout.
