So credit where credit is due
So credit where credit is due, I originally gave this company a poor review due to my items not being received but after a few backwards and forwards emails, the company sent my items by recorded delivery and I have to say I am pleased with my items and the outcome. The items (forget me not bangles were as described and will make lovely gifts for mum and sisters in memory of my grandmother. Thankyou Derby Pritchards for stepping up to the mark and honouring my purchase.
