Avoid poor product and zero customer service
Received lovely bracelet but item tarnished at 32 days which is outside of their 30 days from ordering policy. Have been emailing for over 2 months and sent a Facebook message which I am now blocked from, so guess that shows it’s a dodgy product if they are not replying and then blocking me. Was bought for sentimental reasons and now means nothing as after a handful
Of wears it’s black even though care instructions were followed. Customer service is horrendous and countless emails have been sent yet they do not have the courtesy to reply 😒 sadly AVOID!
Update in response to Andrew’s comments… below is libel as there hasn’t been any threats, abusive, spiteful or derogatory comments. I have certainly not hounded Facebook either. Please share these details 🤔 Fact …I messaged on fb on Monday requesting an answer to my email, not an unreasonable request and most certainly not abusive or threatening or spiteful or derogatory or even hounding your page. Just ONE post and certainly not the hounding and numerous messages you have fabricated. Fact… I paid for postage on this and it was a total of £7.75 not £6 you have mentioned. Whilst you mention that £6 is hardly a lot of money, to some people it is! Fact …no threats have been made to either of you… I asked for my query to to escalated to the directors. This is not an unfair request if a customer is unhappy with the response given. Fact…yes it did tarnish at 32 days but as I was away I was unable to email or contact yourselves. Fact … this has been looked after and the care instructions followed. I couldn’t email you before 30 days because it hadn’t tarnished then!
I have contacted Facebook and asked them to investigate my ONE post as I have been blocked from your page.
I have also contacted Trust Pilots legal team for their review against your reply for libel and will let them follow up with yourselves!

This lady bought this item in April. She contacted us in July and told us it had tarnished. She says that that is 32 days but its actually a lot longer than that.
I advised her of our policy and said unfortunately as it had been outside of our 30 days policy on damages that we would be unable to replace it. The lady demanded a refund and asked for us to escalate it to the directors. We had already made our position clear and as my wife and I are the only directors we had no need to reply again to her.
She then made a comment on Facebook about our product and business so I deleted it and blocked her from making any more comments. The Facebook page belongs to us and I did not wish to have any more dealing with this person. As the page is mine, I can do what I wish with it within Facebooks guidelines.
The lady paid £6.75 for this (and paid an optional £1 extra for 1st class delivery) back in April and didn't contact me till July to tell me there was an issue. Therefore she had no problems at all with it for 3 months. This shows that when the product arrived, it was as described and the customer was happy with it. We cannot be held responsible for what happens to it 3 months down the line when we have already made it very clear the item is not a precious metal, is made from alloy and very much just a fashion bangle. It is not intended for everyday wear and that should be clear from the price of it.
We have sold thousands of this bangle now with very few problems. A tiny minority of people have said to us it has tarnished and as long as it is within 30 days of purchase we are always more than happy to help and to replace it for them. But we simply cannot do that 3 months down the line just to try and avoid a bad review.
This lady had not adhered to our terms of use and because we refused to bow down to her, she has gone on this rampage against our business. I did write another reply where I passed the email correspondence between the 2 of us but Trustpilot sided with the unfair review of this lady and took it down.
Finally I would like to point out that this lady is not a verified reviewer and hasn't put any details or her order number etc in this post. I am guessing this would then show she ordered it back in April and doesnt really have a leg to stand on
