Hi. At no point have we ever said it was sterling silver .You paid £6.75 for it. A bangle that thick in solid sterling silver would even at cost price be about £30. Please check the product description as it makes it clear the materials we use

From ordering, I was always kept in the loop about my bracelet and necklace . I was told when it was dispatched, and if I needed any further help or information, it was given to me. Top notch customer service. The bracelet and necklace are beautiful, and look much more expensive than the price. My daughter absolutely loved them, a gift to her from her daughter in heaven, my granddaughter, who will never be forgotten.

I posted a negative review as it was disputed what I ordered and what I received.. I am now pleased to re tract my original review as after some delays the matter has now been resolved and my original earrings are on their way and as a goodwill gesture I am able to keep the wrong ones also.
