Ordered a charm and then no contact…
Ordered a charm and then no contact regarding this, had a refund come back into my bank but again no reason as to why. Just had an email through stating that the reason for cancelation was "incorrectly entered" Not sure what that means to be honest. I understand that things happen outside of our control but a simple email or phone call would have done a world of good and now i have to source the item from somewhere else with less time to spare. I wont use this company again.

However no instructions came with the product, being a new customer to this type of jewellery I didn’t know how to use it, that did mean sending it back, but of course I lost the postage money.
When I called it was the wrong team despite following the IVR options, whilst they took a message I could do the same thing by email.
Replying after the item is sent back is pretty useless, I had tried to email. So please do not take note of their response below!
Quite disappointed overall even though staff tried to help.
