I ordered 3 Emma Bridgewater mugs in good time for Christmas delivery.

Over a week later someone called to say they didn't have 2 of the 3 mugs in stock and would I like to cancel the order or just receive the 1 mug.

He didn't have an answer when I asked why the mugs were showing in stock on the website when I placed the order, nor was there much of an apology and when I decided to cancel my order he said brilliant!

I must admit that annoyed me because my experience has been far from brilliant and I now don't have time to order the mugs from a more competent supplier in time for Christmas.

Exeptional service and great value for money. I ordered a Swarovski bracelet from David Shuttle as it was £11 cheaper than in the Swarovski shop. The item came very promptly even though I selected standard delivery and delivery of the item was very clear and options given for my convinience. The bracelet was well packaged abd came with all authentication documents and well as some lovely chocolates! I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future.

I ordered a watch as a Christmas gift on Sat 26th Nov, taking advantage of the low price compared to other sites I had seen. The next working day delivery service was available for free due to being over the required amount, I was not expecting delivery though until Tuesday 29th as i had ordered at the weekend, however I received a text message with a designated hour delivery time slot for Monday 28th! Very well packaged internally and the watch is beautiful and immaculate. I highly recommend rhis company and will definitely be using David Shuttle again, thank you.

Looked online for a Swarovski gift and came across this site, checked out the reviews which were great, so continued to shop. Ordered on tue, item arrived thurs!! All with emails to let me know with an hour time slot when. Super service and even inc a lovely surprise inside.

Price of the Swarovski crystal on the nose, however as a first time customer I was treated to 10% off!
Arrived through DPD and within 48 hours, (FREE p&p)
On opening the parcel, the company had even put in two high quality chocolates to say 'thanks for ordering'.

I have ordered from David Shuttle before and would highly recommend them. They offer their lines at the best prices compared to other retailers and are excellent at doing what they say they will. If something is ordered with next day delivery, that's when it arrives. The other reason I like them is because when their website says something is in stock, it is, unlike several other retailers I've bought from. I have found David Shuttle to be highly reliable.

The item I ordered on the phone at first appeared not to be in stock, but then I tracked it leaving Germany for Heathrow. My order went in at 2.55pm on Thursday and was delivered here in Suffolk at 12noon the next day Friday!

Ordered the goods at 3.15pm and arrived next morning. The packaging was excellent and my purchase arrived in perfect condition. There was even complimentary chocolates included in the delivery. I was kept up to date on email of the progress of my order. All in all one of the best online shopping experiences ever. Well done and keep up the good work.
