I have used this company for about 8 years now, from the original boiler installation to a service every year. Excellent communications from admin and professional service from all gas engineers, very knowledgeable and polite. I would recommend this company. Well done Darren

I recently bought a flat in Liverpool and I'm not local. The boiler had their sticker on so I contacted them for help with the boiler history and getting it serviced. I can't fault the feedback or the service. Top notch.

Can't thank Darren & the team enough. New boiler fitted over the other side of the kitchen within a matter of days from first contacting them. Paul was very knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble. Everyone I have encountered at DD wilson from Darren, Paul and the office girls have been brilliant. Will definitely use DD Wilson again when I replace all my downstairs radiators in the near future. Reasonable price, not the cheapest but definitely a fair price for the level of customer service we have received. After care has been great too! Can see why you have so many good reviews! Cannot express how thankful I am that I called this company today. I have had a leak coming from my ceiling for almost a week. I’ve had three different plumbers and even a roofer out in the hope of resolving the problem and no one has been able to sort it. Called DDWilson around midday today and the leak had been repaired by 4:30! Their service is so slick and professional from start to finish and I will most definitely be calling them when I next need a plumber.

I had no heating and no hot water 3 weeks before Christmas, thank god I found DD Wilson. They pulled out all the stops and I had a new boiler fitted within a couple of days.
All the staff in the office, the lads who fitted it were so good, can’t thank them enough.

After looking for a gas engineer locally I came across DD Wilson and after checking their reviews decided to contact them re my whistling boiler. From the first phone call they were very helpful and professional, The engineer who completed the work was very knowledgeable and explained the issue with the boiler and it’s now working perfectly. This wasn't the first time we've used D D WILSON, and once again we had the most amazing service. A huge thankyou to Steve, who was brilliant. When he discovered a problem with the boiler, he explained the situation, and said that he would try to sort it out ASAP. Called DDWilson on the friday ..they came out on the Friday to service the boile to be told we needed a new boiler.

I initially turned to Darren and team 3 years ago for a boiler replacement after other suppliers either didn’t answer enquiries or no showed.
I have used him ever since.
His team are always professional, polite and clean up any mess made, turn up when they say they are, prices are given up front and the yearly boiler service reminder is useful.

Tristan fitted a new shower tray, mixer shower, and vanity/sink. Shower tray was a challenging job but he rose to it and we are really pleased with his work and overall professionalism. Such a great guy and a credit to DD Wilson. Thanks again.

After trying several gas companies I found DD Wilson and I am so glad I did.
First class service from admin staff to engineers. Very prompt in installing a new central heating combi boiler. The engineer who did the installation (Paul) did a great job and was so clean in everything he did. No mess whatsoever.
I have arranged for annual servicing to be carried out at a very reasonable price.
I can’t praise the service enough and have no hesitation in recommending DD Wilson to anyone who wants gas work carried out.

Excellent service from start to finish from DD Wilson Engineering . The engineer called ahead to let me know when to expect him and arrived right on time. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the issue clearly. The problem was fixed straight away, and he even cleaned and checked the boiler to ensure everything was working perfectly. Really professional and efficient — highly recommended!

Excellent and efficient service. I requested for a gas technician to come out to my property today to get my gas metre uncapped and all appliances checked and certified. They sent someone out within 2 hours of booking. The work was carried out in less than an hour.
Highly recommend this company. Easy to pay for and reasonably priced.
