Great all round service. Plumber arrived in time and gave me a call beforehand to say when he would be here. The plumber was great, explained everything and done a fantastic job. Would recommend 100% to anyone and would call them first time if another job is required.

From the very first phone call enquiry to the office , to them understanding my issues required , to the booking in and carrying out of works was quick , smooth , no bother at all. The lads were friendly , punctual and really clean and tidy . Would recommend this lovely family run company to everybody.

We are absolutely delighted with the service provided by DDWilson for our new boiler and shower installation. The exceptional experience, from initial contact to completion, is a testament to the high standards set by the company's management.
Management and Organisation
We want to recognize Darren, the manager, for fostering a culture of excellence. The professionalism and quality of work delivered by his entire team,Claire, Paul, and Tristan, is a direct reflection of his strong leadership.
The process was made seamless thanks to Claire in the office. She was a brilliant organiser, presenting all options clearly and ensuring the installation schedule was perfectly suitable for us.

Flawless Boiler Installation (Paul)
Paul installed our new Vaillant boiler (a full system conversion) and proved to be an exceptional engineer whose attention to detail was remarkable.
Before starting, Paul provided detailed advice and options. The final placement is absolutely perfect, fitted into the kitchen cabinet with millimetre precision, it looks superb.
The job involved a massive system conversion, including removing the old cylinder upstairs and reservoir tanks from the loft. Paul completed this quickly, ensuring we had hot water the same day. His skill with the plumbing was phenomenal: he managed over 30 pipe joints, all flawlessly welded and bent with zero leaks, a truly professional, clean job.
His dedication went beyond engineering. Where the old flue was removed, he patched the wall with cement and bricks that matched the existing wall perfectly. His restoration work was so good, it was better than a professional builder's finish!
He finished by providing a thorough tutorial on how to use the boiler and the remote control.
Shower Installation (Tristan)
Tristan came on a separate day to complete the shower installation. He gave us great options, and we selected the square-style design. Tristan did a perfect job fitting it, and it looks beautiful. He is a highly competent and very nice professional.
In summary: We couldn't be happier with the service from DDWilson. Darren's team, Claire, Paul, and Tristan,deliver five-star service across the board. Paul's technical skill and attention to detail, in particular, made this installation completely stress-free. We would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We have used DDWilson to install a new boiler. We would like to thank Darren and his team for the excellent work they have done with our boiler - everything in our house was left very clean and tidy, Paul the engineer is very professional, and it’s just amazing how quick and efficient their service was - got the next day appontment and by afternoon the boiler was already up and running. Cant recommend DD Wilson enough. From start to finish the service was excellent. The manager contacted us straight away, came around within 48 hours and 24 hours after that we had a new boiler and thermostat fitted. The lads that fit the boiler were great and everything was left tidy.

I telephoned at 8am for a service to my boiler. I got an engineer same day. The young engineer was so helpful reassuring. By telling me in what i was doing to highing the boiler and showing me the two levers to higher the boiler pressure He came into my house and bled all the upstairs radiators.I wish I could remember his name.I would highly recommend DD Wilson as you always get a great service from them

Efficient (came out within a couple of hours), polite (both engineer and receptionist), thorough (found another issue when he was here but charged no more to fix it) and excellent value for money. Will not be using any other companies in the future

Absolutely brilliant service from D.D. Wilson Plumbing. They turned up exactly when they said they would, stayed until 8pm to get the job finished, and the communication throughout was spot on. The lads were fantastic – friendly, professional, and extremely clean – the house didn’t need any tidying at all afterwards. The price was fair and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

I’d gotten in touch with DD Wilson after my boiler completely broke down and being let down by a few other local recommendations.

I live in an apartment on the top floor so it was no easy task installing a new boiler but Darren came out to assess the job and put me at ease with any of my concerns.

It was a big job on the day, involving roofer, cherry picker but nothing was too much trouble and the engineer on the day, Paul, worked from day until night to get the job done.

I’m very happy with the service received from start to finish and I would happily recommend DD Wilson.

We had our new boiler installed and the service was excellent. Response was quick, efficient, and professional throughout the entire process. They arrived on time, completed the installation with minimal disruption, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. They also took the time to explain how to use the new system, which we really appreciated.

Contacted DD Wilson to service our Megaflo system and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Stephen was incredibly professional, friendly, helpful, and approachable. He took the time to clearly explain how both the boiler and Megaflo worked, which was hugely appreciated. He identified and explained the issues thoroughly and gave sensible, clear advice on managing them.

After the service, Stephen returned promptly to fix the issues he had identified—again with great communication and a high standard of work.

The admin staff—both over email and on the phone—were equally brilliant: friendly, efficient, and quick to respond. The quote was reasonable, and they were flexible with timings, working around our schedule without any fuss.

Excellent communication throughout and great follow-up too. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use again.
