Contacted DD WILSON for a call out and the arrived the same day. My boiler needed a repair. They sent me a quote with in an hour of the engineer leaving. The price of the quote was very reasonable and fair. I went ahead with the quote and the engineer returned the following day to carry out the repair. The engineer noticed I had poor water pressure from my kitchen tap so he nipped up a couple of things (free of charge) and now my tap water pressure is a lot better. The admin staff Joni think it was is very helpful, polite and patient.
I would definitely recommend Dd wilson from now on. Thanks again Dd wilson.

I find it baffling that this company has so many 5 star reviews. We employed them 8 years ago to do a fit a full central heating system and 3 bathrooms in a HMO. We have spent the last 8 years slowly replacing all the cheap parts they fitted and rectifying their poor work.

The latest today is having to replace multiple parts to the boiler- now the boiler is working properly again it’s become apparent that the downstairs toilet was plumbed into a hot water feed so every time the tenants flush the toilet it’s firing up the boiler. Ive never known anything like it! They had also done the same to the washing machine but this was rectified a while ago. Our current plumber has spent the last 8 years fixing all their cowboy work. We wish we wouldn’t have used them in the first place! Would not recommend!

Had DDWILSON out to fit a new boiler for my vulnerable father the lads arrived on time after a phone call to let us know they where on their way job was done to a very high and professional standard with them sheeting my dad's house out to protect the floors they even refitted a radiator that had previously fell off the wall for no extra charge they just did it without anyone asking
