I had my boiler fitted by DD Wilson some time ago since then they have kept me updated when my service is due. They called today to service my boiler no fuss no mess and a very polite engineer. Thanks DD Wilson. Highly recommended.

I recently had heating services done by DD Wilson, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Darren runs an honest and reliable business — their quotes were both competitive and detailed, which gave me confidence from the start.

Paul carried out the work of converting our heat-only system to a combi system, and he was outstanding. He worked incredibly hard and kept us informed at every stage of the installation. (Pro tip: he likes his coffee with milk and sugar — just in case he’s coming to fix your heating too!)

The next day, Steve arrived to assemble our shower, and he did a fantastic job as well. A huge thank you to both Paul and Steve for their professionalism and hard work.

Big thanks to Darren for making it all happen, and another shoutout to the customer service team who actively answered all our questions and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Contacted them and they sent a guy straight out to sort the leak in my bathroom, very respectful of my home good clean job would highly recommend, will be certainly using them again.

Had no hot water or heating, lovely guy called ste from DD Wilson came out looked at it and straight away knew what the problem was, in no time at all he had the boiler working again. Friendly, polite engineer who left around the boiler spotless. Second to none company, so happy with everything and can’t thank them enough

Great company, very professional and efficient. Had a full new boiler and central heating system installed in my new house and can’t fault the company one bit. Any questions or quires I had they had all the answers and were able to guide on selecting the best system for the property. We had two other quotes and they came in on the best price. Emergency sorted quickly!

We had a commercial fryer go down due to a snapped gas hose this week. One call to the guys at DD Wilson and they were out and had the replacement parts fitted within 24 hours.

Awesome company, contacted these guys to replace a combi for combi boiler system on a very short notice. From start to finish they exceeded my expectations, from the initial phone call which was answered with professionalism and expertise, to the replacement of the boiler. The engineer was on time and very professional, the boiler was fitted, flushed and fitted to a high standard (cleaned up and disposed of waste) all within a 72hr window. Really can’t sing their praises enough, thank you for your help x

Contacted DD Wilson regarding a small job on my boiler.
Had to pay a call out charge of £96 for the engineer to come out, was here for 10 minutes, and told me I would receive a quote for the job.
The next day I got a quote for £510 for the job, that included changing two parts.
I then wrote back asking about the price ( more than twice the price of other quotes ), also why I had to replace two parts when the other engineers told me only one parts was faulty!
I was then told that he was willing to change the one part, but the cost had gone up from £150 to £250!
One of the issues here is that once you have paid a call out charge, they have you by the …., and can pretty much charge what they want!
In the end I went to a really good company that had no call out fee, and fixed the problem for £180 including parts and labour! It now works like a dream!

I’ve recently had work done by ddwilson couldn’t be happier the lad who done the work Tristan was punctual full of knowledge explained things clearly very hard working and professional in his job. I had 2 new radiators fitted, existing one relocated boiler service and filter fitted to pipework to reduce muck and metals entering the boiler system all in all 5star review start to finish neat work too definitely use again and would highly recommend.

Outstanding company, great service! Called up and they were out in the hour, Ste Boardman was an absolute credit to the company. 5 star service, really helpful and knew his trade extremely well.

I needed some documents from D.D. Wilson pertaining to my gas boiler installed by them. They were very helpful, and they emailed me the documents promptly. Good quality of service.

Monday morning, Woke up and boiler decided not to work! I rang DDWilson and the lovely lady on the phone gave me some great advice to get the boiler started until they could get to me. Within 50 mins I received a text to say an engineer, Lewis was on the way. Lewis gave the boiler a thorough service and sound advice. I Couldn’t believe that on the coldest day of the year, I got a service that quick.
Boiler has has been working more efficiently and I’ve already booked a service in with them for next January so I don’t forget.

We’ve had occasion to call on DD Wilson several times over the past few months due to a variety of issues. Each time we have been dealt with promptly and latterly in this cold weather as quickly as possible. Being older people we don’t always know what’s gone wrong but each time we’ve been shown what the problem is and how they can fix it. Tristan was here several times and answered all our questions patiently. The other chaps also provided good service.

We have used DD Wilson in our previous house and didn't have to think twice when we needed a new boiler fitted in our new house. The service they provide is second to none from start to finish. Friendly, efficient throughout the whole process. We can't recommend them enough!!!

Absolutely brilliant, just moved home and our boiler broke down and was not reparable, we used DD-Wilson at our last home to install their valiant ecopro and had a service done for the last three-four years, customer service has always been brilliant so we got DD in straight away to install the reliable Valliant eco-pro boiler into our new address, we had Paul install it and he was professional,tidy and a pleasure to have at our home, I will only recommend people and companies who give value for money and DD-Wilson are that!!!

Darren was excellent he explains everything very professional. Is also fantastic with older people. Makes you feel at ease and doesn't rush you answers all questions with his expertise. Paul the engineer works non stop doesn't bother you. Gets on with the job done a great job.
Kenny the electrician knows his job and you can tell.
Girls 9n phone communication is excellent.

I have good experience with
DD Wilson Gas and Heating Engineers.From the start to the end. I contacted them as I needed Gas safe Engineer to re-cap my Gas meter which was capped by previous property owner. Engineer was sent next morning re-caped meter and checked everything was ok and advised me things needed doing next as the boiler wasn't new advised to change some of the part plus boiler servicing. Contacted the office to book him a gain for the job. The job is complete now and i am happy.The Engineer Tristan who did job at my property he was so good at the job and efficiency explained everything he was doing. Also Jo at the office was good communicator .Highly recommend.
