From making contact with the company, Jo and Darren’s customer service skills were exceptional. They advised us the best boiler to suit our needs and stated do not hesitate to contact them if we had any issues and they would address them. The Engineer who carried out the work was on time, very efficient and professional. I would highly recommend this company for any new boiler installation and service.

Darren and his team are expert in what they do but, more importantly, they do what they say they are going do to when they say they are going to do it. In my experience, for this type on company, that is a very rare quality!

I recommend DD Wilson Gas And Heating Engineers Ltd very highly to everyone. They are a wonderful company who came to our rescue. We needed a new boiler as ours (which was well over 10 years) finally packed in- we had no heat or hot water. Darren & Claire were absolutely amazing. They were very quick to answer, they came out the next morning and booked us in the next day. They were very thorough and detailed with everything that got discussed/explained with several options to choose from- all which was then sent via email. Their prices are brilliant and unbelievably reasonable. Paul the engineer was absolutely lovely, he was on time, very clean & tidy, took pride in his work and done a fantastic job. I wouldn’t go to anyone else now.
I can’t thank them enough and I recommend them so highly to everyone.

We cannot recommend this firm highly enough.. excellent service, from the start. Our elderly dad with serious health condition was without heat or hot water as the boiler failed. My old boiler broke, DD Wilson came out and gave me a very good quote, they also fitted it for me within a few days, I couldn't be happier. The boiler is brilliant, the service was first class, from the lad who came to do the quote and the engineer who fitted it. Very clean and professional. I received an excellent service this week when plumber came out to replace my mums shower tray. I have tried to get this sorted for months now and been let down by people several times. Claire, who dealt with the job, was brilliant and sorted this out so the job was done the next day. The job was done to high standard and I have a happy mum . Many thanks for your help .Five stars !

DDWilson kept us up-to-date with when they were coming. Turned up on time and worked till late to get the job done to a high standard.
Talk through all controls and even gave advice about replacing electric shower.
They took away all rubbish and redundant pipe work, back boiler, tanks etc.
Would highly recommend the company to anyone.

I can’t fault these guys. Had a new boiler fitted into loft, old one removed from a small bedroom. No mess! The team were amazing never stopped all day. All complete in one day and a very neat job of pipe work. I would highly recommend DD Wilson a very fast and efficient job. Thank you once again.

Had a new boiler fitted today, cant praise this company enough! I have used them before and they didnt disappoint again today fixing my problem. They came out gave me advice and several options including replacement parts and several quotes for a new boiler. I opted for the boiler and it was installed today, very professional work by a really pleasant engineer, who worked fast and left my home exactly how he found it as if he had never been here at all installing the boiler. Excellent! Overall experience from first consultation to job done was just days as this company order parts and fix problem in record time. They also keep the customer updated with friendly office staff making courtesy calls. Every member of this company are extremely pleasant and professional to work with, And the cost of all the work including boiler was cheaper than any other company, I will never use any other company only than DD Wilson!

Great job converting our system boiler to a Combi. All done in one day, Paul did an excellent neat & tidy job. Price wise, excellent again, we had a couple of other quotes that were almost 50% more expensive. I particularly liked the way it was explained to me exactly what they needed to do and the benefits at the point of my initial enquiry and that I was able to choose the exact day that I wanted the job doing. I would certainly recommend DD Wilson to anyone that needs a replacement or even just a repair or service.

Right from our initial phone call, we experienced friendly and helpful service from a real person, not a bot or answering machine. Darren and his team promptly responded to inspect the issue. They were incredibly friendly and professional, taking the time to explain in detail why our boiler had failed and why repair wasn't the best option economically.

They provided us with reasonable quotes for a top-quality Vaillant boiler and even included a carbon monoxide detector, when my wife expressed concerns about safety.

The installation engineer arrived the next day and completed the installation smoothly. He was also friendly, helpful, and very professional. The installation was carried out without any issues, and they ensured everything was left tidy and provided all necessary paperwork.

Overall, we received excellent service from DD Wilson Gas and Heating Engineers. We will definitely use them again in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

I have used them on multiple occasions from fitting a new boiler and designer radiators to my latest job which was diagnosing a hot water leak in my system then finding and repairing it in difficult circumstances
This was done in a super quick timescale

Great Service, Instalation of new radiators explained everything, as had to repipe all pipework. Can't fault both the lads. Would recommend to family and friends. Thanks for an excellent job.
