Great customer service
I chatted with the support desk before I ordered. They were very helpfull at answering all my questions so I knew what to expected when I ordered the washing machine.
I ordered at 20.00 on Monday and the washing machine arrived on Tuesday at 08.00 great fast service.
We should have ordered installation thats our problem. We installed the washing machine and it works fine. Great to be bale to wash again

we like the goods. the delivery was fast too. but the delivery did not inform us even if we are home. They just left the stuff outside in the snow.

Very good service, although -1 for a wrong item shipping first
Overall very good service.
A wrong item (a different model) was delivered, but the mistake was immediately acknowledged - no bullshit, straight to the point offering the fix. Thumbs up for that.
However it is not nice to receive a wrong item, then spend several days to ship back the old one and wait for the ne one (good that I did not had close deadlines for that). That is why you get -1 from me :) But keep the good job!
