Long & unspecified delivery time
Before I made the order, I contacted their service to ask how quickly they can deliver the specific model and i was told that it should take 2-3 days + shipping.
My order was accepted (Bestillingsbekræftelse) on 27.07 and sent out on 04.08. Plus an extra day for shipping - 05.08.
In total that is 8 working days or 10 days including weekend.
I contacted service employees twice and asked why it is taking so long. They never gave me a clear answer when exactly it will be delivered. Instead they kept blaming shipping company and told that I just have to wait when shipping company will call about the delivery.
First time (01.08) they told me that the fridge just have arrived to their warehouse and I should expect call from the shipping company any minute. Two days later (03.08) I heard exactly the same story from other service employee. Finally on 04.08 I received confirmation that it has been sent out (Ordrebekræftelse). And immediately after the shipping company called me and arranged the delivery.
