Absolutely dreadful. Waited an hour and a half to get my car returned and despite being told it was on route, my app showed it was still parked. On route out it took 45 mi s for collection and I had made an error with the terminal but as they were so late it added to the pressure.

The car was filthy, had been used for a short distance in our absence. Bonnet had surface scratches and a dint.

I took photos before I left but they didn't even check the car are provide a formal handover.

Emailed to complain but no response.

Highly unprofessional. Cowboys just wanting to make a quick buck one thinks!

Used Prestige Parking Meet and Greet - going out from LHR term 5. Truly dreadful, i had to phone their mobile number several times to get a response. Eventually after an hours wait (outbound and inbound) they kept me waiting an hour. On my return a gruff unpleasant driver brought my car, which was filthy. When i tried to leave the car park, the company had not paid the ticket so i had to pay a further £5.15 to exit in addition to an extra £14 i was told to pay on my arrival. Dreadful non existent customer service, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, they RIP YOU OFF!!!

If I could give this zero stars I would. When we arrived at the airport, they were 30 minutes late to collect my car, we also got charged a £5 drop off fee which was not stated beforehand. When we came to collect our car, they were 45 minutes late, even when we tried to call they would not answer. When they finally arrived we were charged another £5 drop off fee, again not stated beforehand. My car was extremely dirty on both the inside and out and was making horrible noises as the driver had changed all my cars settings. This company is awful, DO NOT USE.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE..

the driver was very rude, it takes them 10 to 12 calls before they will answer your calls,

you wait for them at least hour or more
they are hurry to collect car with any information they are just crooks, i got charges £20 arrived on time plus picking up your car at airport and dropping it for them that is additional charges.
the worst part,my car key was left under the tyres at the car park, they used my car, the millage went up, I got fine ticket through them. they are not picking my calls or replying email till date.. Dont use them there CROOKS and nasty

I paid an additional insurance fee in case I needed to cancel my car parking booking. Unfortunately, I did need to cancel the booking and when I contacted the firm for a refund they took £30 off despite the additional fee I had paid to protect this. I have emailed the firm several times and received no response

I called the firm 30 minutes before arriving at terminal 5, after arriving at the car park
it took another 4 phone calls before anybody turned up. That was on the 24th September, on return on the 8th Oct when the weather was not that warm, I phoned them when I got my luggage, after reaching the car park it took another 5 phone calls before my car turned up on checking the car it was covered in leaves and twigs, I would like to know were it was parked ?. On checking the boot before putting the cases in, the bag which I left in the boot, the contents were scatted in the boot it seems somebody must have checked the bag, to see what was there, I also have a suspicion petrol was syphoned out of the tank, I will NEVER use this firm again

I am still waiting for my car after your driver lied to me and told me it was stuck in traffic 45 minutes ago.
I first called at 06:12 when I had got through passport control they said to call back when I had my bags which I did, I have now been waiting over an hour for my car! I have called several times and I cannot get through until the 7/8th time and then when I do he tells me it’s on its way the traffic is bad!
This is not acceptable, I have just come off an overnight flight and want to go home however I am still no further forward with knowing where my car is! Everybody else has received their cars on time apart from us! I paid for a quick easy service yet it would have been better for me to have used public transport at this rate.

I have paid for a service I don’t feel I have received and would like someone to contact me immediately about this matter.

I booked Prestige Parking Meet and Greet for Heathrow T5, drop off 28th Sept 2022, collect 12th Oct 2022. We waited over an hour for someone to arrive and take the car and over 1 hour 20 minutes for our car to be delivered. This despite our prompt phone calls to advise them we had arrived on both occasions. They put the phone down on me twice and refused to say when they would attend. When the driver turns up, he says that he has only just been given the job and so the fault lays with the office. I suspect they don't have enough staff. You also have to pay for the parking tickets when you drop off and collect the car. Will choose another company next time.

I used prestige parking Heathrow, And there not worth the money you pay, unfortunately you pay cheap you get cheap! Dropping my car off was fine, trying to pick my car back up after travelling for 18 hours did not go so well! Car was booked to be dropped off at 7:30am to collect, I arrived at The meet and greet car park at 7 o’clock and didn’t get my car back till 8:30am! I kept ringing them and just kept going on to voicemail, so I used my wife’s phone and they answered straight away, funny that! Eventually when the car arrived, I asked the driver why has it taken you an hour and a half to drop my car off, and all I got back was “what?” , And then walked off to avoid me! I will never use them again, there an absolute shambles and rude! Prestige parking, nothing prestige about them!

Flight was delayed, landed at 23.30. Called them and they refused to bring my car saying it would have to be tomorrow morning. So I slept in a cold airport.

The next morning I phoned constantly. Eventually picked up and said my car would be 20 minutes. 1hr 10 mins later it arrived.

To top it off the driver would not give me my key until I paid £20 “for the nights extra parking’. Just wanting to get home I paid. *However, my tracker on the car showed that it was moved and parked in Fawsley Close, Slough overnight - a public street.

Absolute shambles of a company, do not use.

Parked using Prestige parking. 30 min wait for collection of car and 53 min wait for car return! Would not recommend or ever use this company again. A very unacceptable wait !

I booked a car parking deal for a flight from Heathrow Airport through this company's website. I specifically wanted a Park & Ride option and chose one advertised on the site. The advert clearly stated it was Park & Ride. It was sitting alongside other adverts for Meet & Greet service. Once I had paid & received my instructions I discovered that it was actually a Meet & Greet Service, something I did not want at all. I immediately emailed the firm & explained I wished to cancel because the service I had booked did not match with the service advertised and I specifically stated that I did not want a Meet & Greet Service (this is because at busy times you can wait up to 2 hours to get your car back if they are short of drivers). The firm immediately acknowledged my cancellation & sent me an email that suggested I had received a full refund. On checking my credit card s/m I see I was charged a £30 admin fee. I emailed the company asking them to correct what I thought was an admin error. I had no response so after 72 hours I called them. I spoke to a guy who told me that all cancellations incur a £30 admin fee. When I pointed out that I had made the booking under a misleading advertisement he was not interested. We argued for some time but he would not budge. I have no objections to paying cancellation fees when it is my fault. I have a big problem with paying for things when I had been misled. Do not use this company to book parking - It's bad enough that they don't check their advertising is correct but even worse when they don't care & have no interest in correcting it.
Do not book airport parking through this site. I have been ripped off

BE AWARE - PRESTIGE PARKING STOLE OUR MONEY FROM THE CENTRE CONSOLE!!!! We are filing a police report against them for theft. They also left their empty lunch bag in our car and we found crumbs all over our seats. This is simply unacceptable, however, stealing is on another level. We will be taking legal action against them. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

As instructed I called 30 minutes before arrival at Heathrow T3. The number went straight to voicemail.
This was at approx. 6:30 am. I called repeatedly all the way to the airport and it was not until I had arrived at the car park that I was actually able to speak to a person. This meant that instead of just drop off and go I had to wait 20 minutes for the driver to arrive to take my car.
On my return I called to say I had my luggage and was told my car would be at the car park in 15 minutes . It was in fact 35 minutes before my car arrived.
When I checked the odometer of the car I found that it had been driven 28 miles. Therefore it would have been impossible to return my car in 15 minutes.

Deals4Parking seems to link to various parking services, but a read of the reviews on here indicate that there is no actual choice offered.
We got a reasonable price from Premier Airport Parking (no other online presence) through Deals4Parking and it was dreadful. They were rude, surly and late on the pick up forcing us to pay 8.50 for the privilege of dropping our car off with them. They were then 3.5 hours late dropping off the car. I offered to get a taxi to where I could see my car on GPS but the phone, but this was refused. They asked us to wait "more than an hour" multiple times. No indication of ETA was given. At 3 hours, just as I had resolved to call the police, they finally found us a driver. Oh and how
You have to pay £5 to collect you car too.

Never have I had to come home and post a negative as strongly as this. We were told to phone 30 mins before arrival and there was no answer. They arrived 30 mins late at the airport and we had to pay their departure costs from the short-stay car park. No apologies for being late when we were just about to take the car to the long stay in a panic. Best was on the return to the Heathrow, the car was returned 30 mins late and covered in birds muck and was in an appalling state. Please do not use this company they have no respect for property and are rude on the phone. Not to forget we had to pay the exit fee as well another £5 odd.

Appalling service, AVOID.
Waited 3 and a half hours at airport for car to be returned. Rude service, either doesn’t pick up or puts phone down on you when they do.

I booked my Heathrow meet and greet with prestige parking through deals4parking, the service was seamless and everything went as planned. Easy to book, great directions, and car waiting on return.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

Our car was returned with key scratches all along both sides of the vehicle. We sent an email with images and videos to this company and months later no response. We have tried to call many times but no luck. I wish I took the time to look into reviews before booking with them.

I booked and arrived at the airport. I had been calling the company as per instructions but no one answered the Phone.
Even after the drop off time no one answered.
I had to booked with another company at the airport and finally when they did call me to ask me where I was they said they would issue a refund and 3 weeks later they have ignored all my correspondence and not issued a refund
