Good communication
I was referred by a colleague and im happy with their service but on the statement I received today there's a payment for Hollard for R1091 which I know nothing of and it was never communicated with me, I sent the email and still waiting for their response and clarification 🙂

Uncertainty regarding payment Break
Mushfieka is a great consultant , and her help telephonically regarding the 3month break is much appreciated but still not 100% clear or understandable.
Does the 3month break mean that after the break our account will then be extented with only 3months more on payment or are we getting an all new Debit Order.
As per the insurance , if my claim gets approved , only the crediters on my ID number will be paid for upto 12months , meaning that most my crediters will be settled , does our Debit Order amount change then ?
