I received all but one of the samples I ordered. I contacted customer service about the missing one but it never arrived. A few others I received twice. I no longer need the missing one as I’ve made my choices and will order soon.

The fabric fails to match the photograph especially in terms of the size of the design. I returned two shipments and the first was difficult. Decoratorsplus frequently sent the same pre-drafted email expressing dismay but without providing needed information on how to return. It took weeks to return item. Has an exhaustive selection of on-sale and regularly priced fabric and decent prices but no samples generally.

Everything went smoothly - no problems

Received my order in a timely fashion with absolutely no problems.

I was told that the lead time for manufacturing and shipping cushions would be 20-25 business days, but when I requested that the cushion be delivered in time for Christmas, I was pleasantly surprised to receive it 10 days early!!

I never received any shipping information on a $250 order. When I called, the employees were helpful and professional but seemed to have some difficulty locating the order and the delay issue. 2 months after my order and a phone call I received my order. You can't beat their selection but I was disappointed in the order confirmation and shipping process.

Ordered Magnolia Spice wallpaper. The manufacturer in Europe sent it to the wrong address. FedEx finally found it and delivered it to the right address. Decorators Best was going to reorder it. Wallpaper is high quality and went up fairly easy after I put up the recommended liner and sized the liner with tinted sizing. The wallpaper calculator was really off on the amount of paper needed. I had to patch pieces together to finish and fortunately you can’t tell it’s pieced together. Would definitely buy more G P & J Baker wallpaper through Decorators Best.

My order of fabric arrived on time and in great shape. I searched for a fabric from Fabricut that was discontinued and out of stock and Decorators best came to the rescue! Overall, I was really happy with my experience.

We love the blind that was made from the metallic gold fabric that we purchased through Decoratorsbest.com! The shade helps made the powder room feel special and pulled together. Decoratorsbest provided a few samples of fabrics that we considered before narrowing it down to the fabric that we chose. We were pleased with the promptness of the orders.

I received these 2 samples 10 days after ordering, just the time DB said it would take. I am thrilled these are large square samples not a dinky piece of fabric. Thank you!

Great choice of products and spot on communication on shipping and delivery.

I ordered 2 samples and asked that they be left intact so I could get an idea of the pattern. I received 2 separate samples that gave no idea of the pattern. And this is the 2nd time I ordered the sample.

Ordering was so easy (after I picked the material out of your wonderful selection). I placed my order and the fabric arrived very quickly.
