What a disappointing experience

We were looking for a high quality wallpaper but the wallpaper delivered was not even close to the advertised pictures.

Also the return policy is ridiculous. All wallpapers were unopened and returned in original packaging. Nevertheless nearly 40% or $70 were eaten up by several return fees. Be aware… can not recommend this store

You deserve more than 5 stars

You deserve more than 5 stars. I ordered my paper and the contractor's worker hung it - all wrong, and ruined it all. I ordered more paper and inquired about shipping time because we were ready for the paper but I knew we would have to wait. You had the paper to my house so fast it was unbelievable. THANK YOU!!

Easy to work with

The samples were nice large pieces, (enough to cover a throw pillow) so I could easily see how they would look. Also, one included a return bag w/ postage paid…. Which Im happy to use since they arent going to work in my room.

Shop at Wallpaper To Go and save your money!

Their average review is a 1.4 for a reason.

It cost me $51 for NOTHING, except headache, time and stress.

When it came to my partial refund, I had to remind them and even then she made it clear that in her opinion they weren’t late on returning money (2+ weeks and 12 business days later, I had not received anything, not even an email.).

They wouldn’t own up to making a mistake by not reading the note on my order. They were also the rudest people I’ve ever spoken to.
I had a great experience with Laurie from WALLPAPER TO GO. They had the same item I needed, CONFIRMED that everything was correct before shipping.
That’s all I wanted from the beginning with Decorators… I can’t even finish typing their name because it is so far from the truth.
I hope your wallpaper experience is exceptional elsewhere.

BEWARE!!

BEWARE!!! This company is purely a middle man- you buy "from them" and then a third party who knows where with who knows what they actually have in stock sends the product who knows when. I decided after my purchase that I no longer needed the order so I contacted them to cancel. They said I could not because it was already "processed"- silly me, I thought that meant it was shipped or about to ship. Time goes by and no product. I contact Decorators Best and they tell me they contacted the actual seller and there is a delay in shipping (when I ordered their website said "ready to ship" for the product I ordered- FALSE!!!!). So I could not cancel my order but I also cannot receive it. I again expressed I want to cancel and get a refund. Nope, you are stuck was the basic answer. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Horrible

Horrible! Zero customer service. They don't mind taking your money for samples and they definitely don't communicate when your samples are late. March 18th order placed - just got my last sample last week. Do the math - almost 6 weeks. I reached out multiple times to them - nothing. LOOK ELSEWHERE!

DB Has The Worst Customer Relations Ever

Go elsewhere or be very careful when ordering from this company. They completely misrepresented a fabric and have not owned up to their error. They act like a 25% re-stocking fee ($150!) and a $25 return shipping fee is fair when they themselves should bear the expense for false advertising.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Decorators Best is TERRIBLE. Had I know the length of time it would take for my order to arrive, I would NEVER have used this company. I ordered fabric on November 30. The company states “If a product is available it will arrive within a normal 5-7 day period. For products shipping from outside the U.S., ETA is approximately 2 weeks.” I was later informed that the fabric was backordered until January 26. On Jan 27 I emailed inquiring as to the shipment date. Only then did they tell me that the fabric is further backordered until the end of February. If the order comes through in Feb, it will be a full three months since the order was placed and they have taken payment of over $1,500. An absolute ridiculous lack of communication or forthrightness from them throughout. AVOID.Decorators Best is TERRIBLE. Horrible service

Horrible service. I ordered 8 rolls if a wallpaper they offered no sample on. While their website shows that wallpaper may not be exactly as shown the rolls i received were NOTHING like what the pic on her website. I rmailed them oics of what i teceived along with the pic of what they show so they coukd see what i was referring too. I receivrd the standard email from returns basically sayinf too damm bad . I caller customer service hoping they could assist and was told too damn bad they arent going to do anything. I wouldnt even buy a sample from this company again. They know nothing about customer service I didnt buy this wallpaper thinking i wouod have to return and pay a 25% restocking fee and return shipping. I already hired someone to install it for me but i cant use this paper with garish colors not depicted on their website. Rude and unprofessional

Zero Stars!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Placed an order on 11/29/2001. Did not receive tracking information until after the order had supposedly already been delivered. After checking and rechecking, determined the order was never delivered and advised DecoratorsBest never received. DecoratorsBest agent said - it's been delivered, you need to check around. So, checked yet again - still no order received. Now more than two weeks has gone by. Call DB again, and am told - oh, we see there was a problem with the shipping label and your order was returned to the manufacturer. We will get a replacement order shipped ASAP. That was mid-December. Keep in mind, the delivery address and the manufacturer are literally in the same town (which, I was told, is why the tracking information never updated until it showed as delivered). I've contacted DB multiple times asking for an update - no response. On 12/29/2020 I send an e-mail demanding a refund (almost $1,000), to which I finally get a response that says oh, we are shipping out your order today or do you still want a refund. I respond by saying if you can guarantee it will ship out today, that's fine...no response. I sent a response on 12/30/2020 that says "since I didn't receive a shipping notice does that mean you have issued a refund?" I don't get a response until 12/31/2020, in which I am told it has shipped and here's the link, but please wait until this afternoon to check the status. So, I check the tracking status - nothing. As a matter of fact, nothing until 1/5/2021. So they did not ship out on the day they said they would. The order was not shipped until 1/5/2021 and then received today 1/6/2021. I demanded a refund if they wouldn't ship out on 12/29/2020, no response, then I was told it would ship on 12/30/2020 - it never shipped until 1/5/2021. They have delayed my project by more than a month and offered not even an apology for their lack of communication with me or attention to this problem. Do NOT order from this company - even if it saves you some $$, it's not worth it.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Unresponsive. Never sent the products. Followed up six weeks later and store indicated products were out of stock. Impossible to reach someone on the phone to find an agreeable solution. Telephone number listed on website asks for a pin before you can speak to someone. Impossible to get through.

They will not take returns below $700

I ordered 4 rolls of cole and son wallpaper, they were $138 each. I tried to return one extra and they denied me saying they needed a minimum of 5 rolls which is $700 after tax. I've never heard a company saying they will not take back something at a minimum of $700. What if they sent me 4 defective rolls and I wanted to return them? Do not shop here unless you want to be robbed with no accountability.

I wish I could give it a half star or…

I wish I could give it a half star or zero. The worst customer service and experience I have ever received. Company unable to help resolve customer issue and reprimanded me for using online wallpaper estimator (which is a tool they provide). Very unprofessional to speak with and no communication on order shipment or tracking. Also, several samples ordered never arrived and no refund issued. I would strongly urge others to not order from this company.

Buyer Beware! Bait and Switch Scam!

It states that wallpaper was "Sold in Pack of 2 Rolls" When I looked at the sq. ft. it was quoting a Double Roll sq. ft. They show a price per roll which looks like a good price, but you are actually paying more on this site than you would pay at your local retailer because 1 roll is actually double the price they are showing on the screen. I ordered 4 "Packs" expecting to get 8 rolls but ended up just getting 4 rolls which isn't enough to do the entire job. I hate it when companies do this Bait and Switch routine. It was confusing when I was ordering and now I am sorry I fell for the scam. I will never purchase from this company again.

It is noted on the site that this item is priced per single roll at $24.75. It can only be purchased in two roll increments. In the QTY drop down, you would have to select the number of single rolls you needed. The manufacturer ships out in double rolls. Therefore, you were charged for 8 single rolls and the manufacturer shipped you 4 double rolls. Extremely bad experience

Extremely bad experience. Spent $400 on wall covering and it was delivered outside in the rain for 36 hours. Very upset with response.

Since signatures are not required on Groundworks products, the package will be left in a secure location outside your front door. In order to prevent this from happening again, please be sure to leave a delivery note on your order indicating "Signature Required." This will allow us to notify the manufacturer that you require a signature for the package and will prevent the carrier from leaving it outside your door, especially during inclement weather. If you discover there is an issue with your order upon opening the package, please be sure to notify us immediately.
