Happy in the End

Placing the order was an easy process. I found what I was looking for. I did have one interaction with a customer service person prior to submitting my order because there was no indication as to how long it would take to receive my shipment. The customer service person was able to share with me the time frame; however, I thought she could have been a little nicer about it. With this said, she could have been having a bad day herself so I do not hold this against her or Decorglamour. My packaged arrived today and had a side of the box that was wide open. I took pictures because I was not sure all the cabinet handles I ordered would arrive. It would have been very easy for one of them to slip out. Thankfully, the entire order arrived. I'm sure this happen in transit with FedEx. Good experience and saved going through Decorglamour.

Loved everything

Loved everything ! The handles are beautiful! We didn’t have to wait for special order through Lowe’s and they were priced accordingly! Sent tracking info and arrived right on time!

Great buying experience!

Great buying experience!
And Really great customer service, was a bit skeptical at first, seeing some Negative reviews, but after my experience with this company I am sure it’s the same one customer posting all negative reviews.

Scam company

Scam company. 100% agree with other 1 star review. If I could give zero, I would. Gave me run around for 3 months. Ordered 2 faucets and they kept changing delivery dates. Finally gave up and called credit card company to dispute charges for items not received. I have many emails and phone records to prove I was attempting to inquire about my purchase. It is tempting to save $$, but in this case, please do yourself a favor and pay a higher price with a reputable company.

read the REAL reviews!

Total scam. Look at the reviews. There are a bunch of suspicious 5 star reviews, and all of the real reviews are 1 star. I ordered a faucet 3 months ago. I keep calling (4 times) and they keep lying to me that it will be shipping that night.....same BS story for the last 6 weeks. Do not get suckered by these scam artists like I did.

The cabinet knobs I ordered were very good quality and arrived quickly. I miscalculated on some of the handles that I ordered as I had ordered the wrong size. Long story short.. the customer service replaced the handles for the correct size at no additional costs. Excellent!

Horrendous experience

Horrendous experience. You charged me in full prior to shipment. I could reach no one regarding my shipment date. Any attempt I made to contact you either was met with a disconnection or a referral to an email address that never responded.

I received the order

I received the order. It took a bit longer than I expected, but that has been the case with our orders from NY lately. I thought the corners were 1/4" radius on Deltana but they arrived with square corners. Not a deal breaker, just cost us more time in the field.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!

ordered May 17, 2020... now July 17, not given a reply about delivery of order.

Your customer Svc. is a JOKE.

Written twice regarding the fulfillment of this order. NEVER was I given ANY definitive reply as to when it will be shipped.
I have tried to call 7x's today to get info on this order. I have been sent to an extension where the mailbox is full, then actually was HUNG UP on the other 4 times I called !!!!! Once, when I got real person to answer, (only because I pretended to order...just to get to talk to a real person, hoping I would be connected to someone in customer service) they actually hung up on me again!!!

I realize this is a small order, I am still a customer and this speaks badly of your business.

Worst customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Worst customer service! I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering!!!! I ordered a toilet paper holder on May 20th. It's now July 13th and per today's phone call, it is now "on back order" until August 10th. Yet for some reason they failed to tell me that the previous two times I called. I even got an email from them on June 11th stating it would ship out on June 22nd. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
