Non-existent customer service !!!!!

Last year I was a big fan of Decor and purchased around $8,000. worth of Emtek product for a home I was working on. After about 9 months one of the crystal door knob handles separated from the handle stem. I first contacted Emtek for advise and they said basically "no problem on a replacement, but you have to work back through your retailer" (Decor Glamour). In more than 6 phone calls and about a dozen emails, nothing has been done. I have even had to complain to Emtek about Decor as an agent of their product.

Worst Customer Service

What everybody else has said.....terrible time getting information on delivery status and when I needed customer service to make a change to my order, it was awful: long hold times, 3 different people who put me back on hold before helping me, no support whatsoever...please DO NOT buy from this company, Pay the extra $50 and make your life easier....

I ordered cabinet handles from this…

I ordered cabinet handles from this company on April 18, 2020. At this time I have not received my order and every time I email them I get the same lame reply. "We typically respond to our customers within 24 hrs". They never respond. I have waited 2 months.

Awful (nonexistent) customer service

Awful (nonexistent) customer service. Have a defect, return or any other issue - forget it! First they'll make you jump thru hoops, w/pics, explanations, etc., then when it's clear that you're not going away they simply stop responding.

Best shop to Pay for things and not Receive anything in Return!

I don't think this place is even a store. You search the company address and it's a residential neighborhood. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Slow, inattentive, and if not for being completely apathetic I would say rude. That said to be rude you would need to care in the first place.

Do yourself a favor and do not order from this company. All it will do is result in them not shipping the product and having to file a claim with your credit card company.

I wish I'd looked up reviews on this…

I wish I'd looked up reviews on this website before placing an order so shame on me for not doing that. I, too, have had a bad experience. I ordered an May 16, 2020. I chose not to create an account. I received an email for my order with no tracking information. On May 20th, I wrote to Customer Service to ask for the tracking information but instead, received a reply back saying "ETA 7 business days". I should have received my order on May 27th. On May 28th, I wrote to Status to ask for the tracking information and received an automated response. I tried calling the only telephone number I could find but was unable to get to a live, talking person.

As of now, I still don't have my item and don't have any way to know when it will arrive. I am planning to contest the charge on my credit card and let them go after this vendor.

This company is ABSOLUTE garbage

This company is ABSOLUTE garbage. I waited over a month to receive a faucet and it was only shipped out after I threatened to report them to my credit card company as fraudulent. The man I dealt with when I called was a NIGHTMARE and the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. We finally received the faucet with no tracking information and they are defective. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID.

Really didn't want to even give 1 star

UPDATE: after waiting on hold for 1/2 hour, they finally admitted they have not processed the order, despite telling me they had already shipped it when I call 2 weeks ago. Of course I was charged and and paid for this item 3 weeks ago. I told them to cancel the order and I would be reporting fraudulent charge to my credit card. They apparently had no intention of shipping the product despite repeatedly telling me they had shipped it. Horrible customer service, rude and they lie.

Really didn't want to even give 1 star, but 0 star was not an option. They took my money and it has been almost a month and the product has still not left there store. At this point I am assuming fraud and will now report to my bank and order the product else where.

Stay away...unless you like to wait...

Be prepared to wait. This company may have a best prices but save yourself the headache of waiting months to get a complete order...something most people can't do if they have a renovation going. My initial order of knobs/pulls took 1-2 months to complete and when finally received, some were damaged. I've been dealing with the company for an additional 2-3 months just to get the damaged ones replaced. I received a partial replacement and am still missing some items. They do not provide status updates (shipping, backorder, etc.) unless you initiate the status request. Called twice today as all contact before has been via email and they hung up on me twice. Horrible customer service and will never buy from them again.

Decor Glamour is a fraudulent scam

First of all, any positive reviews about Decor Glamour are fraudulent. The company is a scam. We ordered some pull knobs from them, they never sent even though we were charged. No one would return calls. Emails occasionally answered by a person that literally seemed handicapped. Definitely fraudulent and just looking to steal your money. Stay away unless you want to get ripped off!

This company is a disaster

This company is a disaster. I ordered faucets for my bathroom over a month ago. They will not tell me when I will receive them and it has held up my remodel. When I call them, they don't pick up and when I finally spoke to someone he was very rude and told me to email customer service. I did that and asked for a refund which they refused to do. So, no product and no money back. Please save your money and time, shop somewhere else. These people are not to be trusted.

Ordered from their online catalog

Ordered from their online catalog, while ordering was easy. Receiving our goods has been a nightmare! We cannot get through to them to speak to a representative regarding our order. Have sent numerous emails with no response. They certainly were quick to take the money, but are extremely slow with customer care!! Will never order from this site again. sincerely hope these fraudulent companies disappear!

fraudulent company

I used to buy with them until onee day I paid a big purchase the items arrived wrong, in size, in finished foretheremore less items of my original purchase order. them I never received a check for the missing pieces and I lost more than 2000 dlls. Terrible company are fraudulents!!! be careful!. for now they decided to eliminate the service in the internet for Mexico. I cannot see the page and the email always back to me. the owner is a Jewish named Joe 'joe@ decorglamour.com'
