Very easy to select item and place order. I chose this website because of sale with no return fee return now.

I am a home building contractor, this company is one of the worst I have had the displeasure to use. I ordered a tub in november and 3 months later still no tub, the customer service is the worst if you can even get them on the phone, email does not get you any response. I was charged for a option that does not exist, and have spent over 6 hours trying to get that refunded, Stay away from this company unless you want nightmares.

I used a newly acquired credit card with this company- the only charge I ever made with it - several days later I was getting fraudulent charges on the card. Besides that headache its been 6 weeks and I still have not received my order. I hate this company.

NEVER order from Decorglamour
I returned merchandise 4 years ago and gave up getting $50 credit. Reordered today after waiting 4 years with no knobs on bathroom vanities. They do not refund and have kept the merchandise that was returned.

Do not use this company. I tried to order on line, several times, from Australia. Their system could not cope with billing address being in Australia and shipping address being in the USA. I then telephoned to place the order, but again they seemed unable to process the order. I then emailed them twice to tell them that I was going to buy elsewhere. I received no confirmation email of the order being shipped and yet they somehow made a claim against my credit card. No product arrived and the money remains in dispute. One week later there was a strange coincidence of two uber rides in USA for about $300 each which were fraudulent. Shop elsewhere.

Please believe the one star reviews. Worst and I do mean worst customer service experience. Truly ametors. They have no idea what's going on. Unless the item if free, don't waste your time. Hopefully I receive my refund.

I would give them less than one star if I could. I’ve had an order since August that they still can’t get it right. I’ve been told three times in the last week that I will receive a shipping number. I was told today I’ll come tomorrow. When I asked to speak to a supervisor the customer service person hung up on me. All I want are my kitchen knobs. I will never use the slimeball company again.

Ordered a common bathroom vanity. after 2 weeks, and the web site saying the item had shipped, got an email saying the item was "obsolete" and did I want to order an alternative item. It is still on their web site, and listed on 6 other websites that I can find. worst shopping experience ever, and their customer service is abysmal! will never shop there again!

I had an amazing experience with this website. I have dealt with other websites, where I had a hard time ordering, waiting for my order, missing pieces, etc.... When I contacted decour glamor, I experienced amazing customer service! They price matched and were even cheaper than the other sites, they were extremely helpful and I got my order earlier than expected. I would highly recommend this site to anyone I know!
