This company is likely fraudulent

This company is likely fraudulent. They take orders and partially deliver, do not deliver the most expensive item and intentionally go dark when customers ask for cancellations or refunds.

I have spend 6 weeks arguing with customer service's very spotty responses on a $150 product that they confirmed to me 3 times they had not shipped, and then claimed that I already had the order. I called them twice to ask for a refund and they put me on hold for 20 minutes and then disconnected me. They have stopped responding to my cancellation and refund requests. I have filed complaints, but check BBB and other review sites for yourself.

Worst customer service experience ever. Stay away.

This has been the worst customer experience I've ever had. Emails are not responded to, agreed upon callbacks or updates never actually happen. I was charged 7 weeks ago, have had to reach out repeatedly asking for information - reasons for delays, revised delivery dates, etc... and I'm still waiting to have product in hand. I don't even have a tracking number at this point and I'm starting to wonder if this is a scam! No one on the customer service side seems to have a clue what they're talking about. They give me a promise for action to end the conversation with no intention of following up. Regardless of the quality of the product (if it ever actually arrives) I will never order from this website again.

Horrible Experience

Horrible Experience. They are unreliable and I question if they are a real business. They didn't deliver all the products but charged me for them. They wont answer phones or respond to emails to look into it or give me my money back. Returns are difficult and not free as advertised. They are a headache to work with and the worst online vender I have ever used. I will not use them again for my clients on future custom home builds.

Don’t trust this company
Worst experience I have ever had in my lifetime
Ordered shower base 3 weeks ago. Called them 3 times and they have no idea where is or if they have order. And every time promising they will find out from manufacturers and they will email me info.
Called them again to cancel order and refund my money but nothing yet.
Never order from them

Poor customer service and unfair treatment regarding supplier errors

Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 matching faucets for a master bathroom suite in a new home construction. When the plumber went to install, he noticed the faucets were slightly different in size and design. He suspected one was an old model and the other new. After hours of phone calls, emails, and sending photos, this proved to be true. The manufacturer/supplier(AQUAQBRASS) did indeed change the design 2 years ago and failed to pull old, obsolete stock. I was forced to buy another faucet to keep my project moving. I sent back the obsolete faucet, and was charged a 30% restocking fee. I have complained to Decorglamour.com several times with no reply. I incurred additional fees from the plumber and install delays, plus the re-stocking fee. Decorglamour should have been my advocate and forced Aquabrass to cover any "restocking" fee. This is entirely unfair as it was not a change order by me. I am very disappointed.

They sub EVERYTHING out. Impossible to get anyone on the phone. No accountability and communication is terrible.

Bad experience

Bad experience.

I ordered a door handle and was shipped the wrong item completely. When I requested a return , I was told that I had to return the handle and pay for the shipping and they would later refund for both the item and the shipping. After 2 months and no calls or credit given, I called. They acknowledged my return, authorized the credit, but I was not given credit for my shipping charges.

Do yourself a favor and order from another company.

I am having an awful experience so far
I originally place an order with them several months ago. I kept calling no one returned my call. Emailed and finally got a reply that my order is on back order and wouldn't be in until the first of February
At that time my cabinet guy was calling and texting me all the time for the hardware. So I told them to cancel the order. I had to keep emailing to find out if anyone canceled my order. Things happened with the cabinets snd now I wasn't in such s rush. So I really like the kitchen pulls from your company and thought I will give you another try
So I put my order in again. And here we are. I did get an email this time about my order being yet again on back order but should be in on February 1st. I thought okay at least this time around I am in the know. Well we are back to leaving your company messages that go to the wind snd no one telling me when I can get a y order.

FAKE SITE

FAKE SITE! Do not order! I placed an order for bunch of drawer pulls because they were cheaper than the other sites and that's how they lure you in. No shipment, no phone answered, no email response.

I just recently bought Emtek hardware…

I just recently bought Emtek hardware from Decorglamour. The gentleman Ari was really helpful and patient. The items arrived in a timely manner and were in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend them.

Order Charged my Credit Card Never Ship

Order Charged my Credit Card , Advertise they ship in 24-48 Hrs. Did Not Ship Called they Stated for two weeks they would get back to me. Did Not Cancel Order called Bank Cancel The Transaction on the Credit Card. Poor Customer Service>

Do NOT do business with Decorglamour!

Do NOT do business with Decorglamour!! I placed an order with them on July 29, 2018. I received an email saying they had received my order. They charged my credit card. I went ahead with my building project which was structured around my purchase from Decorglamour. When I heard nothing further from them for 2 weeks, I emailed and left a phone message. I received a call back today, 18 days later, saying my order had been cancelled and they cannot fulfill my order because the company who makes the product doesn't sell it the way I ordered it. I asked why they represent it that way on their website and was told it is just how their system works. I asked why I didn't receive any notification of this and why they still charged my credit card. They said, "That's just how our system works." If you ask me, that is a very poor system. Now I am out a lot of money to completely re-do the work that has been done in the last two weeks.

Don’t order from Decor Glamour

Placed order on Jun 21; never received any follow up. When I inquired on July 2nd, was told they were within 7-10 day allowed for shipping. Asked to cancel order as I had to order from another company and have already received items, was told it was shipped this past Monday, July 3rd and would be delivered on July 11th. Not sure where these people learned to count, but that is a lot more than 7-10 days. Would never order from this company again - completely unreliable!!
