Not only do we supply diving equipment and services but we provide dive and swimming training in our Eco Friendly Pool.

Wrong item delivered and no-one to speak to

I had the wrong item delivered. I phoned numerous times throughout the day and got no answer. I emailed with all the details of my order and a picture of what I was sent. I have had no reply to my email and you cannot get them on the phone. Very poor customer service. I left feeling I will not get the correct goods or a refund.

Have to admit it was a bit if a saga…

Have to admit it was a bit if a saga with orders placed but just some of the orders delivered. However, given the problems with supply issue the company is experiencing I was extremely happy with their resolution and response. I will use again and thank you to Kelly and Paul for their help. Good luck to the company in this difficult time.

Good service once you reach them

I have ordered a dive mask in October. Online it said that I would have to wait up to 12 days. When I did not received the product I messaged them on day 14. Again a week passed without any reply. Messaged them via Facebook and got a reply within 10 min and was asked to email Kelly. Did so and Kelly replied within 2 days saying that they ordered the mask, but still waiting too. She offered me an alternative which she could have send the same day. Did not liked the alternative and asked for my money back. Money back was processed and returned to my account within a week.
Kelly's service was great! Thank you Kelly!

Scam

Unfortunately, similar experience to most. Placed order 4 weeks ago. Money taken straight away. No confirmation email. I contacted 2 weeks ago and was told there had been an issue with the order going through but they now have it and will be sent. I’ve chased since and have had no response. Judging by the reviews on here I won’t be receiving my order

Awful.

Ordered an item over 5 weeks ago. Took the payment straight away. Email next day said it had been processed and I would be informed when it had been dispatched but have heard nothing back from them since. Have tried ringing and emailing but no answer to either. I will be driving down in the next couple of days to get my money back as £200 is too much to lose.

Scam, takes money and doesn't send item

Over a month and not sent the item. Answered the first email chasing it and ignored all further emails and calls. Simply a scam.

Edit: My husband made a chargeback claim through his bank and had the money back within days. Anybody who has been scammed by this company please do the same, you can get your money back! However no Christmas present for me as it was supposed to be a mask he ordered for me.

Lost goods DPD errors ? retuned to deep blue but not followed up even when at least 10 emails to them had been sent plus attachments of orders and DPD info .
Telephone contact a none starter.
What can I do next ? Drive down from Scotland

Ordered an item over five weeks ago.

Ordered an item over five weeks ago.
I have not received it yet, however have been informed it is shipped.
The issue is that there has been no pro active communication from Deep Blue.
It had been impossible to get anyone on the phone.
Not sure what is going on,however Deep Blue can and must do better than this.

i suspect from the last reviewer who has had a similar experience maybe this company is in trouble or something - i ordered a camera housing and it never arrived, cant get them on the phone or email. In 6 weeks i managed to get hold of one person and she said the housing would be in the week after - a month later and i've had to contact my credit card company to chase a refund as I've heard from no one ever again
