With so many different defibrillator in all different price classes, not easy to pick one out. From all companies Defib store offered the best value. Thomas was very helpful and any questions were promptly answered by mail. Also contacted by phone, no long waiting time and friendly staff directed my questions straight to the right person.
All up and running within 9 days including weekend.

I have bought defibs, cabinets and spares from the defib store for sometime. Excellent, helpful and friendly service. Easy to deal with, as they invoice me and I can easily transfer funds. Items shipped quickly and safely - well packed. Any issues and they respond quickly and look to resolve quickly.

Excellent customer service and extremely fast delivery.

Defib Store was great at completing our order and delivering on time. But what I want to emphasise is their caring and supportive after-sales service. After we took delivery of the defibrillator for our bowling club, we experienced some problems in that it was bleeping and showing a flashing red light instead of a green light. When we reported this problem to Defib Store, their response was super fast in providing us with phone and email advice and technical support which enabled the problem to be resolved very quickly. An important hallmark of an excellent company is how quickly and helpfully it responds to problems after a sale. In my opinion, Defib Store, through its excellent and responsive staff, is a fine example of a great company.

Honestly, my experience with the customer service team at the Defib Store was extraordinary. Having no prior knowledge of our defibrillator, or how to go about servicing the unit, I can only say that the staff member that I spoke with was outstanding. He was amongst the most considerate, professional, and generally helpful person that I have ever dealt with anywhere. It was above and beyond all reasonable expectations.

I recently purchased a product with Defib store. The product was delivered within 48hrs of ordering. I had a query when receiving the product (defib battery), and I was not sure if the date on the battery was a manufacture date or expiry date. I spoke to Cameron who was very informative and advised me it was a manufacture date and the shelf life of the particular product. 5 star customer service!

The Defib is sited on a Home Park where residents are at an age that a Defib offers them comfort, along with the trained volunteers responders that are on call.
