Great way of obtaining a defib
Really easy to setup and use. Vivienne has been brilliant helping us to get things up and running.
Service is a great idea to ensure you have a key piece of equipment, which could essentially save a life, without having to raise significant up-front funds. A key thing is the included ongoing maintenance which this service provides, which ultimately gives peace of mind. Thankfully we are yet to use it so I can't comment on the service as such.

I placed an Order with the Defib Store and accidentally ordered the unlocked cabinet instead of the lockable version. I spoke to Chris, who instantly resolved the matter and organised for the cabinets to be exchanged. Chris provided an efficient and professional service and was very friendly and helpful throughout. Excellent customer service
My defib was used in anger to safe a woman's life, when it came to replacing the shock pads on the sp1. Ben at defib store was excellent in getting a new set of shock pads sent to me quickly so that the defib was back in service again. Customer service was so helpful and efficient can't thank you enough. I'd highly recommend defib store for all things defib related.

Great advice, very professional

Excellent customer service
I contacted Defibstore about the non-functioning heater in our village's AED cabinet. Their response was immediate and their advice was clear. I returned the heater to them and they replaced the faulty thermostat under warranty, and almost by return. Great service, friendly emails.
Why can't more companies be like this?!
