Not a good look

For the second time, we ordered replacement pads. The order and money were taken and then we were told there would be an 'unavoidable' delay.
This time we were eventually told that, in any case, the pads would be obsolete in two year's time but we could buy a brand new Defibrillator at a discounted price less the amount already paid for the pads.

The delays with the pads were unfortunately outside of our control, and we received very little communication from the manufacturer regarding stock availability and delivery times. We completely understand how frustrating this is, especially when payment has been made for the order.

The discounted defibrillator option was offered as a way to help where we can, not to upsell, but of course we appreciate it’s a much larger expense than replacement pads.

Product as described

I got what I needed at a reasonable price & it works! My only issue was the time it took for delivery by the Royal Mail, but unfortunately this isn't unusual these days.

Great Customer Service

Your order was placed on a Friday and as we don’t ship over weekend, your order was dispatched the next working day. It was collected on the Monday and sent via our next day service with DPD. Unfortunately it looks as though the courier experienced a delay, which meant your parcel arrived on Wednesday instead of Tuesday. Although we ship using a next day service, we do advise a 3–5 working day window to allow for any unexpected delays.

We completely understand how important it is to have your defibrillator fully operational, and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Poor Customer service + poor delivery

I ordered a defib + a wall bracket.
The wall bracket came very quick, no info on the Defib.
Hence I rang and was told the Defib was coming from the supplier, which was an unwelcome surprise to me. The girl who answered the phone had no idea when it would be dispatched, if ever ??? I asked her to find out and let me know. I never heard anymore, which I think is very poor for something I have paid over £1300 for. Also, your delivery agent, came on the Friday, never rang the bell, never came inside our entrance lobby. Said would trya again Monday, what happened to Saturday+Sunday. On the Monday a neighbour saw the package just left on the ground outside our front door. Again very poor and very cheap for a £1,300 package. I expected to have to sign for it. it was not a box of chocolates, and even a box of wine we have to sign for . Anyway the Defib was all in working order, and we now have it available. I must say I expected better for £1300.

I would like to start by saying I am very sorry to hear you had a poor experience with Defib World. This is not the level of service we aim to provide.

I have reviewed your orders and can see that both orders were placed on a Saturday and as we do not ship on weekends, the order for the wall bracket was dispatched on the Monday (the next working day) and arrived the next day. As the defibrillator that you ordered is not a stock item for ourselves, this was shipped directly from our supplier, where we did experience some delays.

In regards to how the delivery was left by DPD, this falls well below the standard we expect from them as our delivery partner. I can only apologise on their behalf and i will be passing back the details you have provided so this can be investigated by them.

While we are glad to hear your defibrillator is in working order and is now available for use, we completely understand your frustration with the overall experience you received with this order.

Ease of ordering and payment
