Good customer service and advice

Good customer service we needed replacement pads for G5 Cardiac Science Defibrillator and a new carry case. Competitive pricing for products particularly pleased with the carry case as our old original one took so long to remove from device therefore wasting precious seconds if needed in an emergency. So extra peace of mind that the defibrillator is now both well protected more importantly easy to access quickly for anyone to use.

Ordered defribilator batteries cost…

Ordered 2 defribilator batteries cost more than £600. they claimed the batteries were sent in a jiffy bag, jiffy bag recieved with other parts of order but not the batteries.

complained, but they were unwilling to help- lost over £600.

Training defibs

I was looking at purchasing 4 defib trainers. The price at defib world was very competitive, when I had a small problem ordering online I went into live chat. I was sent an invoice to pay by bacs made the payment and the defib arrived by 0930 the next morning. Excellent customer service all round. Very happy with product which was vastly more expensive on other sites. Thanks you.

Didn't deliver order

Placed an order - paid £10.99(!) for delivery, two weeks later no sign of item. Cancelled and refunded. I don't believe they had any intention of fulfilling the order at all :(
