Paid £55 for my boots 4months ago now they have Fall aparat. Not the best quality for sure. You can get decent boots for that price and have them for years.

Lovely shoe shop very reasonably…
Lovely shoe shop very reasonably priced. Spent large amount of money in here due to having to buy my children shoes,trainers and bags for them all for the new school term.However after putting everything through the till and before paying we was then being pressured from the sales assistant to buy extra treatment for the shoes and then some sort of bag insurance or something it was bizzare. I think this is unnecessary especially in todays world when some parents are struggling to pay for school footwear and feel like this is something from the dark ages.You need to retrain the staff to not be so pushy to customers I think it was rude and not necessary Swindon store.

Rude store manager White City Westfield, lacking knowledge
I’ve purchased shoes in the White City Westfield store 0039 not too long ago in size 3 and 4.5. I came back to the store to purchase the exact same shoes to find there were no sizes, approached the till to ask if I can have them ordered to which the manager Ridwan told me they don’t do size 4.5 in this shoe. I’ve explained to him that I’ve already purchased these shoes here (in the last month) and if he could check for me to which he rudely replied that he is the manager of the shop and he knows they don’t do these shoes in the size I am asking for. Rude, horrible attitude and no manners, horrible representation of the shop as he proudly owned being the manager and ended up being not only rude but also wrong as another assistant has confirmed by actually checking the system for me instead of telling me, the customer, I am wrong about what I already bought in the shop before. Upon finding out he was wrong this man did not bother apologising or saying anything to me at all but instead ran away and hid on the shop floor. Awful experience, I’ve been shopping with you for years and I am very disappointed. He should be taught about basic customer service and manners towards customers who spend their money at this shop to pay his wages. Would have given 0 stars.

I went in to buy school shoes for my little one. I was happy with the back to school collection. Luckily I purchased 2 pairs and both sizes were available. I went to the counter and was served by Maryam who apologised for the wait and was very informative regarding purchasing product to protect shoes. She also kindly confirmed the years warranty that I was not aware of before. She double checked one of my queries with her colleague Madia who was equally as informative. A very positive experience for me at my local Broadway branch.

The pair of shoes I bought was missmatched. I noticed at home. When trying to fix this at their nearest store they sent me back to the initial store, to lose 2 h I did not have. I was supposed to give them as a present later that day.

great shopping experience
first time visiting deichmann in telford ,saw some ladies sandals in window ,approached by Amy who got the sandals for me and was extremely pleasant and very helpful ,was helpful with sizing and also said if I needed a different size she could order them and send them to my home ,I decided to buy sandals ,Amy offered me the protecton to keep my shoes looking new ,will definately visit shop again and look for Amy to serve me ,having said that the other staff made me feel welcome also ,what a great store why have I not been there before ,well done Amy you put me at ease in a new shop to me ,love a lot of the products on sale and love the prices ,thank you

No refund for a defective shoe!
Had a frustrating time trying to get a refund for a defective shoe at the Southend store which was refused because the supervisor didn't believe me.
However, I had a wonderful experience with Debbie for issuing me a refund as I had asked for originally and for that I am giving 5 stars just for her service. A shame the actual store wasn't as understanding and could've spoken to me better and not be patronising. Supervisor needs training on her customer service.
Thank you again Debbie for your help, if only more staff were like you - friendly and very helpful.

Great shoe store and indeed the only one in some places.
The staff at my local store(Taunton)have always been nice to me.
I am uk size 6 but the 5.5 sizing here is absolutely perfect for me.So whoever makes their lasts(tech.term)is genius.
Always buy at least 2 pairs of their ankle boots every season and their basic canvas lace ups are brilliant.So comfortable and have taken me around some wonderful Spanish cities with loads of walking.(Oh for those days back again soon!)

The customer service does not reply my phone calls and emails. I have purchased a shoe and selected the delivery to packstation. The order has returned to deichmann without any explanation and notification. And my money has not refunded as well. Please send me the shoes or refund the money as soon as possible.

No security whatsoever
No security whatsoever, you can't feel safe to even try on shoes. Staff have admitted to many thefts happening but the store in Stratford takes no measures to prevent this. There is no security at the door. Unfortunately, my handbag was stolen and there was no help from the store. They said they couldn't access cctv footage (the person in charge was not in) so whoever the culprit may be, they have time to leave and hide whilst waiting for the police to come and investigate.
Hardly possible to enjoy the shoes if you could fall victim to your belongings being stolen and receiving no help from the store.
