First time ordering (4 pairs) - amazing quality!

First time ordering, placed two orders and bought 4 pairs of trainers. Absolutely amazing! Your store was recommended to me by one of my staff members and I ordered some branded pairs (Nike and fila). Shoes were extremely sturdy and fast delivery. Ordered some trainers for my siblings (very picky and hard to please) they were extremely impressed with the quality. Had 0 issues! Did read the website and sizing carefully and everything was true to size!

Can't wait to order more especially with deals ;) thank you guys for the affordable prices!

Victory trainers

I bought a pair of Victory trainers in black and pink and they are more than excellent! I am very very happy with my new Deichmann shoes.
However, when I heard the price I was sceptical: how could such good shoes cost under £30? The assistant assured me that Deichmann was a completely ethical German company and on returning home I read about their solid history.
Thank you Deichmann Hastings for my lovely new trainers!

Shocking! Steer clear!

Shocking, absolutely shocking! I ordered three pairs of shoes for my daughter during lockdown as she needed new trainers. Not being able to go and try them on in a shop we found one pair fit and two were returned. This is where the trouble started. I returned via collect+, never received an email confirming that Deichmann had received it. So I called and spoke to Donna Capell who assured me they received the return after I gave her the tracking number. She also said she would fast track the refund which apparently they allow themselves 14 days. This was a month ago! I am still waiting. I have repeatedly tried to contact them via phone, email and contact form on their website and had either no reply or she is now asking me to give her the tracking number again and again. After I spoke to her initially, I must have thrown the number away trusting they will honour their own terms and conditions. How wrong I was! I have opened a dispute with PayPal which I used to pay for the order and am hoping they have more luck. My advice: Stay away from them! Being German myself I am absolutely disgusted and embarrassed by how they behave!
Edit: I did receive the refund but what a hassle. I do not recognise my opening a dispute with PayPal as a valid argument for the delay as I opened the dispute after 14 days (which in itself is an exaggerated amount of time (look at the competition, people!!!)) In any case, I am disappointed in the organisation and behaviour by a German company as you do represent my country’s values and standards in the UK to British customers and this is simply not good enough!

Our refunds do normally take 14 working days to be processed, as per our order paperwork, although from what you advise this wasn't the case on this occasion, for which I apologise for,

Faulty item and difficulties in…

Faulty item and difficulties in contacting customer service. I ordered a pair of size 5 shoes on 20th March for my daughter for her return to school. The shoes arrived fine, she tried them on and was happy with the fit. However since the arrival and trying them on, we have discovered that we have been sent two odd sized shoes- a size 4 and a size 7 and not even the size 5 that we asked for.
I have emailed customer service twice about this matter and received no reply or acknowledgement of my email. My daughter now does not have any school shoes that fit and I am no further forward on receiving a refund or replacement for the item.

very complicated

Had to receive shoes in 2 days, 6 days later still nothing, customer service answer that the package is here but no one noticed me, they give me a code to get it and when I arrive to get the package I am told they didn't give the tracking number !!! When you can't wal well and have to go back and forth places and use money to call 3 times it's really a bother... other services just sent a text, no need to do anything !!!

Missing Parcel

I have shopped in store and online but I would have to say in store is much better. I have shopped online twice the first time was great my shoes arrived on time. However recently I ordered a pair of shoes for my brother as you know school has reopened and he needed new shoes as his old ones were too small. I contacted Hermes as my package was out for delivery but has not arrived and they said my parcel has stopped it’s journey at the depot and that Deichmann need to contact them. I have emailed Deichmann and am awaiting a response. I am really upset and frustrated about this as I need these shoes urgently. Please reply back to me.

I have bought shoes from the shop before, they weren't the best quality but i had no problem getting a refund or replacement, so I'm now buying online and hope for the same good service

Bought Riekers shoes for my granny

i always buy my work shoes rom deichman…

i always buy my work shoes rom deichman store and the staff are great and never any issues, however due to covid and stores being closed i decided to try and order on line. i ordered a pair of shoes and a pair of slippers and paid on card £43.94. Order turned up minus the slippers and this is where it all goes horribly wrong. I have called the customer service number 7 times this morning and get the same message every time that they are all busy and to email instead. I am guessing there is not an actual customer service department and the number is just there for them to say they do have a customer service department. Anyway i am now missing a pair of slippers and have paid £10 extra for the shoes i have had delivered and cannot talk to anyone to get an answer or a refund. I would say buy from the store but never on line with this company

Brought shoes from the store and was…

Brought shoes from the store and was told I can return the item to store if not suitable. The shoes didn't fit my son, went to the store and it was closed.

Emailed customer service and no response... its been over one week! Poor service.

Shocking lack of customer service

Terribile lack of customer service from Deichmann UK. I bought pair of shoes from the store and wanted to return them, however shop is closed now as it was put in Tier 4, shortly after I bought them. Since 23 of December, I sent two emails which havent been replied, I made endless calls but I was never able to speak to anyone- their phone line is either switched off or "busy.

No refund for Xmas present

My daughter bought me boots in November for Xmas.On xmas day i found they were too small .Deichman refused a refund or exchange. What company doesn't offer extended refund timescale at Xmas. We will never use this company again

Have placed a Christmas order on…

Have placed a Christmas order on Saturday evening and have not received any confirmation. Have rang them a number of times and no answer. Have sent a message on the site, no answer and emailed them yesterday (21.12.20) and again today and I'm still waiting for someone to reply to my messages or emails. Not very good customer service and still have no idea on my order

BE AWARE!

BE AWARE!

Just placed my order and qualified for FREE delivery by Hermes

It’s been almost 24hrs and Deichmann have refunded me for one time and charged £1.99 for delivery

There has been no email to explain this just a confirmation for one item not two which I had originally ordered!!!

I would not recommend very poor customer service with conning tactics

Also tried ringing but never answer!
