Lovely service
I just purchased a pair of shoes from here and the shoes are a little bit comprised, the staff here MARTA has been very lovely and supportive. She went to the back to check if there are any and she successfully found them. I am very pleased by her service and I hope she gets promoted. Store in question deichmann East Ham

Returned to Diechmann Shoes store in Metrocentre today as had seen some leather ankle boots before lockdown. Chloe attended to me it was her first week but when finished on till, she attended to me and excelled with her customer service, giving me lots of choice and advice even checking other stores for sizes she didn't have. I was very happy with the boots I bought from her.
Bad Customer - Sutton, Good Customer Service Croydon & Wandsworth
On Tuesday I visited the Sutton branch and saw some boots that I liked, I could not see my size and ask an oldish assistant and had said to me that we only have what's out on the shelves under sizes as the boots I was asking about we're part of the 50% sale.
The assistant didn't offer to help any further, this us my 3rd time at this branch within a year and always have encountered unhelpfulness. I will never ever return to this store.
I asked the assistant if he could check with other stores and his reply was sorry it's not possible to check the end of season stock.
Also I asked if he could check another store and his answer was it wouldn't help as shoes could be sold in the time it took me to visit another branch.
People don't bother using this store if you are expecting help, their is not customer service here I think the assistant I am speaking about is the manager, what happened to good old fashioned customer service.
This had lead me to go to another store nearer home so I visited the Woking store on Wednesday to try and get the boots I was trying to get at the Sutton store.
I did buy some trainers at the Woking store but they were not the boots I was looking for. I didn't ask at Woking as I couldn't see any of the boots on show.
Still interested in the boots I had saw originally at the Sutton store I today went to the Croydon store and I saw a set of different boots and got to the counter to pay for them and the assistant said which size would I like I said the ones in the box and she replied 9 or 10 as I had a box that had one of each in.
The assistant went to see if they had a size 9 and they could not find them, I ask how far the Bromley store was and she said about 20 mins and I asked what other stores are near by, she said Wandsworth which I didn't know had a store, next minute she said that Wandsworth has a pair and offered to check for me, I said would it be possible to enquire and check and reserve for me. She telephone and spoke to Princess at Wandsworth and she put them by for me as I was leaving Croydon to head over to purchase them, I explained to the assistant at Croydon and explained how bad the customer service was at Sutton and they should take a leafe out of her customer service training. Croydon your store and customer service was excellent and you went out of your way to help me a massive thank you.
I arrived at the Wandsworth store and looked around the store and found the original boots I first saw at the Sutyon store on Tuesday so I picked them up, and went to the counter and asked for Princess and said I believe you have some boots reserved for me under my surname, she said yes, while I was waiting at Croydon I saw some other boots I liked that a man beat me to the last pair, I saw some at Wandsworth and princess went out her way to help me with a bigger size that I could not find. Again Wandworth thank you for your top notch customer service and going out of your way to help me find what I was looking for, just goes to show if you help a customer they may end up spending more, I left the Wandsworth store with 3 Pairs of boots two from help from princess and 1pair from the help from Croydon by reserving them for me.
Sutton is the worst ever shop which I would not even give a rating of customer service.
Croydon I would rate you with 5 Stars shame you had sold out of my size but helped my secure what I was looking for by contacting your Wandsworth store.
Wadsworth Store I also give you 5 Stars for your excellent customer service in helping your customers and for going out your way to help me.
Deichmann please can you thank the stores and the members of staff that helped as they deserve being tganked. Your Sutton store could well do with refresher courses in customer service.
Croydon and Wandsworth Stores recommended. Thank you...

Shopped at the Irvine in Scotland branch yesterday I only dealt with one member of staff she was really really helpful ended up buying two pairs of shoes and two pairs of boots I have slim feet so it’s hard to get shoes to fit properly they all fitted perfectly will only shop here now for shoes great wee store and good customer service

Delivered quickly and the shoes came out perfect and true size my only problem was I was trying to put my promotional code but it wasn't letting me other then that it was fine.

Delivered quickly with no issues. Stiletto boots ordered, they are really nice and fit well. I was unsure at first about getting them as someone had left a review on the Deichmann website saying 'size way out', however they are fine. If you have a fat foot or a high in-step then probably not the boots for you but they are true to size so goes to show that reviews can really affect someone's decision unnecessarily!
Just a suggestion to Deichmann, it would be good if you could have a deliver to store option to save having to pay postage costs, as the boots were not available in store to buy.

All hands where clean at point of entry staff ensure all masked where worn plus assistants was provided with patient respect at a 2 meter distance. I was able to purchase a pair of men slippers for a elderly whom is self isolated...Happy with my purchase and would safely recommend for anyone thanks... Mrs Hall

Disgusting customer service
Disgusting customer service. I originally tried to buy a pair of trainers in store but didnt have the size so they then sent me a pair out to which they sent the wrong size. I then go back to change them AGAIN and they had to send them via post again as they didnt have them in store. They then send me the complete wrong trainer and when I phoned up to complain I'm basically told if I want to order my original trainers then I have to make my way back to the store. The store is half an hour at least from my house so that's not happening for the 3rd time. Think I will stick to j.d from now on. I certainly will not be shopping with diechman again!

Order showing as delivered on Hermes…
Order showing as delivered on Hermes website, but there is no sign of my parcel. Tried contacting Hermes, they said I should contact Deichmann instead to resolve the issue as they see it as delivered. Deichmann is not answering my calls, they are apparently always too busy to do so.

Ordered shoes for work on the 21st of August standard delivery 3-5 days.
Had an email on the 24th of August stating my order had been dispatched. On trying to track the order with the number provided, it stated no order avaliable. Tried to phone the company no one answers you just get a pre recorded message saying they are busy try and ring back later or email customer services which I have and still no reply. So I now have no shes and I am out of pocket as no way of getting hold of anyone to get a refund. Will not be buying from this shop again. Very bad customer service.

No order, no money, no respect
I don’t advise to order anything from this store online. They lost the package but they took the money and send the invoice. They are not investigating anything. The customer service talks unrespectfully “what do you want from us?” - well, guys, I want my order on time. Never again.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service.
I ordered school shoes that have been delivered to the wrong address, the resident deny all knowledge of the delivery.
Spoke to Deichmann about this and they stated I put the wrong delivery address, which is a completely different number and post code to my address. (Same thing happened a few years ago to the same address. Thankfully the resident at the time made efforts to get the package to me).
Shocking customer service. Long wait for reply to emails and no chance of getting through when calling.
Still no school shoes!

Worst customer service ever!
Omg! How do you contact this company. I ordered school shoes that should have been delivered on the 1st September but it's been delayed. They did not tell me that. I've been emailing and calling them for the last 2 days it says 'lines busy call again' it doesn't even put you in a queue. Customer service is dreadful, the worst I've encountered. Now I dont know how to get hold of them to know where my order is. They took my money but no shoes delivered.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Placed an order online and paid via PayPal. Item was showing in stock. This morning I receive a PayPal refund from them and order has been cancelled. No email to explain why they have done this and no apology. Absolutely rubbish customer service skills. Will NEVER use this company again!!!!!

Honestly the most unprofessional company EVER!!! Placed an order and paid for Express delivery to be told by the 'lovely' Nicola/Nicole that my order will NOT have express delivery and it will be 3-5 days for delivery. Now considering I have ordered school shoes and now being bank holiday a 3-5 day wait isn't an option of waiting round when my children start back to school before said shoes arrive. I asked for a refund to be told that the order hasn't been paid for yet (it has) but she can refund my express delivery charge! How when she claims my money hasn't been taken. I am well within my consumer rights to have a refund - order date 27/08/2020 because you not have NOT been able to fulfil your offer of my order and express delivery.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY.
