A great product and service.
I was so happy with the quality of my chair cover when it arrived. The fit is great, the finish is great, the fabric is great and the delivery timescale was great. I would definitely say it was a GREAT choice to order from Dekoria. I would definitely use them again.

Covers arrived and look good, fit the chairs, which is not always a given!
Not the cheapest of covers, for what are quite inexpensive chairs & in an ideal world faster delivery would have been nice but I guess we have become used to having everything for very low cost instantly delivered.

Good product but order fabric swatches before buying
The cover is really well made and I recommend the quality and the service. However, I would definitely advise to order the fabric swatches before purchasing because the pictures on the website are more saturated and I am not 100% happy with the colour I chose (which is my fault of not ordering the swatches before purchasing).

Kivik Footstool Cover - Poor Product
We received an order of a replacement cover for an Ikea footstool in April. In September less than six months the material is bobbling quite badly. They say use a tool to remove it. Total nonsence. The product is substandard. Their customer service is not offering anything else. Having used this firm before I am totally disappointed by their response. I even took photographs. The footstool is in a second home so not used as much as it would have been in our first home. Not sure what it would have been like after 2 months if used a lot. I have requested a replacement or refund. Have not heard yet. I would suggest using someone else for a better quality product.
This was the reply I got! A footstool with fabric that boobles! What a joke. It is a footstool that is subject to friction. How stupid can you get!

Overall Very Pleased
I ordered cushions and covers for a couple of IKEA chairs. Didn't realise they were shipping from Poland, but given that, delivery time and cost was reasonable. Product was very good, but one cushion/cover arrived missing a strip of velcro. I didn't want to return the cover to Poland, so requested Dekoria to send me the strip of velcro so I could get it sewn on locally. This they did by return and also gave me a 10% discount on the item, which covered the cost of local attachment.
