My name is M. Griffin, and I had a contract with Denefits for Black Bella Spa. Unfortunately, due to health reasons, I am unable to continue with the training. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Nadia with Denefits for her exceptional assistance with the cancellation of my contract.

Nadia demonstrated remarkable professionalism, compassion, and support when I reached out for help while I was in the hospital. It's rare to encounter such outstanding customer service, and I am truly grateful for Nadia's kindness during a difficult time. I will wholeheartedly recommend Denefits to anyone in need of financial assistance.

This was my first time using Denefits, and I was very pleased with the service. My account rep, Nadia, always went the extra mile to assist me with all of my questions/concerns, that I had throughout the process. I would definitely recommend using them for your financial needs.

I was assisted by Ms Debbie Scott, in making a change to my payment due date. Ms Scott was very knowledgeable and efficient.

Phillip has been absolutely amazing with me, he been patient and knowledgeable and courteous and helpful, his level of care is truly amazing and outstanding, nothing but great great great things to say about this organization but especially Phillip Brooks, thank you!!!

They suck. They hijacked my good credit they lied and stole from me they are a nightmare company. Do not believe all of the good reviews that is their scam. They use their own people to write it to fool you. Read between the lines and look at the bad reviews then ask yourself if you want to be next. This is not an honest honorable company. I came a long way from being a homeless combat veteran when I got associated with this company and now I find myself back in that predicament because I trusted them. Don’t be like me do not do business with Denefits LLC. They are crooks very greedy ones with no moral compass. Their God is your money and in exchange you get nothing but heartache and brokenness. Sounds just like Satan doesn’t it?

She was very nice and helpful! I enjoyed how she helped me go thru the process!

This is my second time going through this credit program and I have referred friends because I know within 6 months there will be a big change with my credit report. They are very helpful and will make sure you are on the right track. Thank you for your great customer service!

App is easy to use. Do NOT miss a payment or they will charge you up the butt, but it's part of the contract. So read carefully. Philip at the call center is very helpful and is the reason for this 5 star review.

My overall experience was great. Very punctual and professional. I was given easy follow alone directions on how to fix the problem that I had. Thanks for having skilled staff.

Debbie Scott was wonderful, my account was overdue and she help me get my account t back to standing, she explained in details what I was gonna have to pay, it was convenient and overall I'm happy

I was immediately accepted for a life -changing medical treatment. I wasn't harassed or bothered. Within minutes I had a payment plan I could afford and every question answered. They truly care and will work with you. Phillip is a diamond- he will find answers so quickly and is wonderful with his customer service.
