There were delays due to covid so I decided to cancel the shipment and the refund was 100% delivered.

After all, buying in online stores is something of a lottery. If something goes wrong, you are completely dependent on the store's support. I have very bad experience from two other of the well known stores.
My order here at dennisxl was lost in the shipment. I experienced a quick, friendly and fair treatment, which solved the problem to my satisfaction

I ordered a microphone & paid for express delivery which took ages to arrive. Customer services (Mark) was very helpful in tracking it for me & they always answered my emails. I finally received my package & was very pleased with it.

If i could i put 0 stars,my parcel gone for 3 month i pay the money and i dont get nothing... How you people working. Even dont contact me. About this problem,how long i need to wait for this. If you have some issue with this you should contackt me. Bring my money or send me my parcel as soon as possible. Terrible store. Dont care about costumers. She on you...

Regarding the my last orders, I have received them without any delay, I hope will continue with dennisxl new orders.

Well whilst I was unable to purchase my desired item due to lack of stock, Mark was kind enough to offer alternative items. However these items were too large so Mark gave me a refund. Great firm to deal with.

Excellent communication with company's PR staff who were courteous and promp with their replies to my emails. Service 1st class and product exactly as I anticipated.

Ordered motor in January. Paid for Express delivery. Have not received delivery or refund or any updates. Have emailed twice and was offered a voucher. This site is best avoided.
Update. No misunderstanding. No delivery. No refund yet.

Very good experience buying in this website. Everything was ok and asking me quickly in each question i asked them.

I ordered an item that I needed delivered by certain date. Bacause of website maintenance issues the item was not dispatched on time and seller couldn’t guarantee the delivery date and offered a full refund which I accepted. The refund was received 3 days later. Although I didn’t receive the order I was happy with the propmt and honest replies from Mark and would consider ordering from this website again.

Ordered tail light which did not arrive when expected. Emailed customer service and got a rapid response from Mark. He very quickly discovered the parcel had been damaged by the couriers and returned to them. A replacement was dispatched and arrived safely. Unfortunately I had not paid enough attention to the ad when ordering and had got the wrong side. I emailed Mark explaining the situation and again got a very rapid response. Within a day he got back to me with an offer to ship the correct one at a very fair discount. Excellent example of what good customer service should be and will certainly buy from them again.

I had ordered some batteries but unfortunately they were out of stock so hadn't been dispatched. I contacted DennisXL who said I could wait or get a refund. I said I'll have the refund and please let me know when they are back in stock. I received the refund and a nice email to confirm they would let me know when in stock. Thanks DennisXL.

I had some struggle with shipping my order as local post didn't notify me. Mark helped me to find my order really quickly so thank you for this. Customer service is really great.

I won’t use them again. I ordered tail light for car. Paid extra for fast delivery. Delivery was late. Wrong product received due to misleading “bait & switch” website. They refused to accept return / refund despite numerous emails to & fro. Chancers. I had to take legal action to get my money back.

Very helpful and honest seller. I placed a duplicate order by mistake and Mark sorted it out for me straight away with a full refund.

My order was placed on October 14th 2021, I paid for express delivery but did not arrive in that time span finally arrived a month after Ordering, my order was a rear left 4 in 1 tail light for my range rover evoque which after fitting It was showing condensation and the indicator stop working.
I have sent 2 emails asking to send this back with NO response to either, Bad Customer Service
And also was sent a bill for £59.34 from FedEx for Import Tax to which I was unaware of, if I had realised this was coming from China I wouldn't have bought it.

An advertised product was out of stock but a full refund was made very quickly. Very good service. Thanks

I placed an order with 5 euro extra for express delivery 8 - 15 days,but after 10 waiting days I received the reply that the product is no longer on stock.I have the option to chose a similar poroduct, which of course they do not have it and they know it.So, my real options are to wait untill somehow, somewhen they will refound my money, or i can buy a dollhouse or some shoes instead a graphic card.
