Hi Mark, l would like to say, this Company is totally sincere, honest, and keeps you informed of any queries, updates, problems, l recently purchased a leg master to help with my lower back, unfortunately they cannot get hold of it anymore, they had taken the money out of my account, but refunded it back into my account within a few days, along with a very nice email, very customer friendly and efficient, they are a safe company to browse or purchase.

Update.
Since posting my review I have been contacted by Mark who apologised for his earlier delayed response which was due to a high volume of emails and difficulties trying to get information on when he could possibly deliver my item. These hold ups are to be fair, beyond his control.
He has unreservedly apologised for the errors in my case, issued a full refund and bent over backwards to achieve a satisfactory resolution.
Consequently I feel I must revoke my earlier 1star rating and have increased my rating to a deserved 5 stars.
I now have no hesitation in recommending Dennisxl as a very good, very fair entity that will do all they can to satisfy their customers requirements and if things go wrong as they sometimes do they will go above and beyond to rectify problems.

On December 11th, I bought and paid for a zidoo v9 air mouse 2.4ghz wireless keyboard and paid for express delivery. On the 29th the wrong unit arrived, a Minix controller which isn’t compatible with my Zidoo box.
I immediately communicated with Mark who confirmed the error and apologised promising to rectify the error immediately. Subsequently and after several exchanges of emails nothing has been done and dennisxl appear to have gone silent.
Yet again, dealing with Chinese suppliers who profess to be reputable businesses proves to be no better than scammers, preferring dishonesty, corruption and incompetence to fair trade and honourable business.
My recommendation is that anyone dealing with this company should think again and avoid them. Reading the reviews they publish I’m afraid they don’t seem credible.

Paid for express shipping which didn’t happen. Tracking just didn’t move and still hadn’t moved the day before it eventually arrived. About 5 weeks instead of the 2 that site said. Did not find customer service helpful in any way.

Ordered thunder jet x lc222 drone for my boys birthday. What arrived was a cheap Chinese knockoff, super x fighter drone. I contacted Mark but have had no reply. Complete scam!! My order is XL10381.

Purchased two headlights, didn’t realise they were from China, only one light delivered then had a battle at first to believe me, cancelled order and wanted to return the one item, no chance and got a import duty bill from Fedex for £85 which I am still trying to sort. NEVER AGAIN will I buy from this business

I ordered an item and unfortunately it went out of stock and they were not able to deliver it. They quickly informed me and offered several options, including total refund of my money. I choosed that one. I had to no nothing else. They managed everything and I have never got my refund so quickly and easily. Very prefessional and serious seller.

I initially ordered what I thought was 5 different sets of dolls house furniture. When my package arrived I realised I had ordered incorrectly. I contacted Dennisxl and received a prompt and very polite and helpful email from Mark guiding me on how to order what I wanted as a Christmas present for my grandson. Mark offered a discount and agreed to pay the shipping on my remaining order. He made sure I received it successfully in time for Christmas. It was well packed in a strong box with no damage to the contents.
The wooden dolls house furniture is beautifully made to a very high standard and quality. The wood is finished well so it is very smooth and well painted with bright primary colours. I know my grandson will have hours of fun playing with this in his firehouse.
I would like to thank Mark for the excellent customer service he has given. I would highly recommend these toys which beat plastic toys by miles.

I have a hard time doing this review.
I feel like allot of the problems that I face by shopping whit Dennisxl, could have been advoided.
I place a order the 14 november+pay for Express shipping and by the 6 december the order was still not ship.
I understand that corona is making allot of problems around the world and this is in NO way something any one can be hold responsible for.
But it is stranges to me that my order by the 22 December is still showing as- Ready for shipping- when i enter the tracking nr.
I lost truest whit them and was sure that they where trying to scamme me, because of login problems on there shopping site and the hole shipping case.
But they did man up and gave me a full refund in the end and for that im glad.
Alittle faith have return.
Im sad on there behalf, that I have to go as fare as I did in order for get my money back.
My advice is, if you are going to shop whit Dennisxl
-Be sure that you do not, need your order whit in a specific date and if something do not seem right, contact them immediately and ask questions.
and keep asking the question, even if you think you are being ruide.-
Dont do as me and blindly truest that things will be fine, because I acted to late and lost a xmas gift for my son.
I got my money back and should my order 1 day show up at my door, i will whit in the houre, email them to find a way to pay for my order as i do not belived that i am entitled to keep a item, just because of a bad situration that got out of control.
1-STAR -Because they did try and find a solution.
1-STAR -Because Mark is very fast to email you back and allways have a polite language.
1-STAR -Because they acknowlede there is a shipping problem and gives an apology for their mistake, even if I was a annoying customer.

My wife order an air brush kit, in mid November, and still has not been ship, her tracking still says it is still waiting to be shipped, she took 14 day, fast shipping option. Yes she has been in contact with them through emails. and they came to an agreement, and gave her store credit, and when the airburst kit shows up she can keep it for all the hassle. Now today she went to the website, and tried to login to her account, it tells her the password is wrong. she goes to try and reset the password, her account does not exist. So I made an account and have no problem login into the website, so I tried on her computer and comes up with the say my account don't exist. Go back to my computer and I can log in. Dennisxl needs to man up here and fix this fast. We are out of a Christmas Present, for our son. He has been wanting one for so long. Great resolution, but very poor execution on their end.

One of the items I ordered at Dennisxl was not available anymore. Customer support was very forthcoming and offered to instead get a voucher (valued more than the original order) or a full refund.
The service was excellent!

Would have no problem building off again... I caame on and orded wrong holders and had to email them to correct this. Mark from costumer service emailed me back within hours to tell me he had corrected my order.. Brilliant 👌🏼

Customer service responds quickly and it is polite

This company fraudulently and in violation of European Consumer Protection laws state that they do not cancel online sales within the lawfully permitted 14 day 'cooling off' / cancellation/ withdrawal period window provided for under the law. Do not buy from these law-breakers they will trample all over your rights as they declare themselves above the law and tell people that the 14 day cooling off period provided for under the law does not apply to cancellations, which of course is rubbish of the lowest order!

I ordered a part for an RC plane from Dennisxl. However, when Dennisxl were not able to source it I was offered an additional sum in compensation to spend on some other product. I chose a refund instead. This was promptly made by Mark. Good service. Thanks, Patrick
