I couldn't get ordered item because it was out of stock. Mark from customer service gave me 2 options which one of them I accepted.I have to say they're real professionals and I really appreciate it.I would recommend them to others.100%!

Ordred a car cover, and it cane for the wrong car. I taalked with Mark in support and we sorted it. I took some pictures andd he investigated what was going wrong, and then he sent me a new cover without any hazzel. Very very good support and understaanding. No extra cost for me, just a little extra wait.
And it comes down to what I have been said for ever:
You can buy the produck everyware, but when something goes wrong its the support and service there counts PERIOD.

Ordered an item for a Christmas present on 30 Nov 2020. They promised max 14 day shipping if I paid for express delivery. I paid. I received the item on 29 Dec 2020. (4 days after Christmas). Thanks Dennisxl for ruining my daughter's Christmas. Avoid Dennisxl. They are selling stuff that they don't even have in inventory.

dennisXL has a certain item not in stock anymore, they have proposed me an alternative, but since the alternative was not 100% what I wanted, I was able to cancel the order and get a refund. Many thanks for the service.
