This was the worst service, and the food was cold, greasy unappetizing. I had the classic burger and fries. The fries were cold, the burger really greasy. The bun smelled like old oil. My husband had the all american slam. His food looked like it had been sitting under the warmer for a while, but yet it wasn't even hot. The waiter never returned to our table, we would have liked a coffee refill. It wasn't even that busy, everyone was just standing around. When the waiter did finally return to give us our bill, I asked if they gave coffee refills anymore because we would have liked a refill but now we are ready to go. He just said Sorry and walked away.

The staff is real good, their quick and even in a crowd were quite empathetic. They came out with the food hot bit cold but fresh.

I stopped into Denny's downtown Toronto for a late night bite to eat and ordered the ultimate omelette. It was fabulous - a perfect choice. Amit was our gracious host and his warmth brightened up a cold, rainy night.

Last week, my husband stopped at Denny's following a doctor's visit and really enjoyed the Loaded Veggie Omelet. Wanting to relive the experience, he suggested we go there today. I ordered the sirloin steak, seasoned fries and a salad. All were prepared to perfection, and I had to remark that we had paid so much more for a similar meal at Long Horn last week that was actually not as tasty - and was accompanied by substandard service in a hectic atmosphere! At Denny's, Lauren W. was our server - she was friendly, attentive to our needs and made our meal a delight! We highly recommend Denny's at 8131 W Bell, Peoria AZ!

The price 😱 2 eggs, 2 small bacon strips, 2 very small sausages, hash browns, smallest tip on the machine , just under $18. I expected $8 ish

Wife ordered a Grilled Chicken Cobb salad. Excellent!
I ordered the Prime Rib Cobb. There was not enough evidence to identify what the "burnt ends" were. Every piece of the mystery meat would fit in a 2.0oz plastic container. More like bovine croutons than "prime rib" nothing even close to that description. Our waitress explained "that's what the cook gave me" We also ordered the donut holes that were completely burnt to a crisp. O decided to take my grief to the reviewers rather than cause a scene at the resturant in front of my wife and 5yr old grand daughter. Paid the bill and left an 18% tip. But this was NOT a good visit.

Every time we come down to visit our mother, whom loves Dennys coffee, our waitress Arely always makes sure that my mom's cofee and French vanilla is on point! Very attentive and knowledgeable! We have been rolling her since Galveston, now at the Texas City location SHE IS AWSOME! THANK YOU ARELY FOR YOUR GREAT SERVJCE

We sat at a booth. Waitress took our order and only came back to apologize after a half hour. During that time, my sandwich (grilled cheese) had almost no cheese on one half. Never saw our waitress between ordering and the half-assed apology.
Onion rings were cold. My wife finished her entire meal before I finally walked my order to the chef for a redo. When wife went to the counter to get a tea refill since no one came to ask how we were doing...
The person she spoke to was abrupt, curt and snippy. What happened to the customer always being right?
Felt as if our presence was interfering with her day.
Meanwhile, several employees seemed to have nothing to do...

I made an online order. When they came out with my food they give me my food and told me they didn’t have part of my order. I understand thing do sellout. But to not ask me if I would like anything in place of the missing item and just give me whatever you wanted to is just unacceptable. When I asked for my money to be refunded; I was told they couldn’t refund my money cause it was an online order. Still there wasn’t a substitute offer to me for the missing item. Waitress was rude and unprofessional this is the worse experience ever.

I got poisoned by their disgusting excuse for food — it smelled wrong, tasted rotten, made me physically ill. The waiter? A walking disaster. Didn’t bring my full order, left dirty plates sitting like it was a dumpster, and acted like I didn’t exist.
When I calmly asked to remove the items I never received, this clown didn’t apologize — he called the police.
Yes. For asking not to pay for food that never arrived. For questioning their filthy service.
This isn’t a restaurant. It’s psychological torture dressed up as hospitality.
If you want to feel disrespected, gaslit, and maybe vomit your soul out — welcome. Otherwise, run.
I even have video proof of this idiot walking around to random tables, trying to convince other customers that I was lying — instead of just removing the mushrooms I never got.
Shut this place down. I have more funny videos — but those are for TikTok, where millions will see how your “restaurant” treats paying customers like shit. Hope your boss enjoys going viral for all the wrong reasons.

The Kapolei location is our go-to favorite. Welcoming staff, great food choices, tasty, reasonably priced. Natasha was out server today. Thank you, Natasha!

Hubby was upset and hungry and we waited longer than expected...our food was ok but milkshake was not as much as usual...only 2 inches in metal container...just want a new 10 dollar bonus because ours was not accepted and now expired...we still have the 50 dollar gift card but want the bonus to use firtst...

To begin with they wanted to seat us back by the door that enters the kitchen. We got caught there before. Gobs of traffic resulting in a very noisy Environment and didn't want that again. We were then seated very close to the check-out register where the waitresses hung out with their loud bull sessions. Our waitress was nice and when he brought our salads, we asked to be moved that it was way to noisy there. -and was moved down the aisle and much better.
We both ordered their deep-fried fish plate with fries.
The fish and fries on both plates were over cooked and had a ever so slight burnt taste. While still eating they ran a vacuum up and down the aisle. How considerate--
When the tab was brough there was a $3.65 Diet Pepsi charge added that we did not have and was corrected, with a sorry about that??
It had been a while since we had been to Dennys and it's going to be a long while before we go back.
P.S. The male Mexican that seated us could hardly speak English and I couldn't understand him at all.

Unbelievable place! The food was outstanding! And the service! Fast and professional! Lisette was very friendly and knowledgeable! We couldn’t be happier! The staff even came out with a lit candle in a bowl of ice cream and sang happy birthday to my son!
We will surely be back!

I went to Denny's with a friend of mine. When you first walk in, it is a very positive and calm environment. There weren't very many people when we walked in due to it being so late, but you could tell the vibes were calm and not hectic. I ordered the Choc-nana pancakes meal, which included the pancakes, one piece of sausage and bacon, Eggs, and hashbrowns. Those were all so good, especially the hashbrowns. The eggs were cooked perfectly on how I wanted them; The Pancakes were a fun and delicious treat! it was a very sweet flavor and tasted very well. I would order that meal again, it was amazing. Plus, the customer service was so great. She had to have been the nicest waitress ever, she had such a sweet personality, I enjoyed it.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at denny’s, and it was a delightful experience. Walking in the atmosphere was very welcoming making it a perfect place to have a casual meal with my friend. I ordered the crepes and they were absolutely amazing! The crapes were light and fluffy and had a sweet filling that was simply just fantastic. The presentation was great, and they were served with a generous drizzle of syrup that just added the perfect touch. I also had your regular breakfast meal with hash browns and eggs. These were both made perfectly with just the right amount of cheese, adding great flavor. Lastly the desert had a warm nice brownie with a soft cold layer of ice cream which was lovely. Overall denny’s exceeded my expectations and I can not wait to return and have another amazing meal. As well as great customer service!
