They'll take your money and you'll get nothing
Ordered a rather expensive butt plug from them.
Short answer: It didn't arrive.
Instead, they spent months taking forever to respond, sending copy-and-pasted "warnings" that they would take even longer to respond if I kept following up, and giving excuses why it hadn't arrived and why they wouldn't refund my money.
The "crowning moment" of this experience was when the shipment tracking number they claimed was for my order... turned to be for a shipment addressed to someone else in my city, at an address that didn't exist. (they never sent me a correct shipment tracking number, so it's possible they never shipped my order at all.)
3 months after sending them money, I have received nothing and gotten no refund.
Edit: after posting this review, someone signed my email address (the same one I used for my Deplacer order) up for a million spam newsletters. This is an email address I only use for ordering things online.
13 days to receive my order!
The package took a lot of turns until it was delivered to me.# It came from France and the tracking said that they could not deliver it.# I had to write to the store support to resolve it.# After 3 days the postman appears with the package and they deliver it to me.# I waited 13 days in total to have my purchase since it was shipped.

Problem solved quickly!
There was a problem with my card payment and I don't know why after 3 attempts the store blocked my account for security reasons and I had to contact them and they took great care of me and resolved it in 1 minute and I was finally able to finish my order. Order received and I'm already enjoying everything.

It is my first purchase on this site and I have a good experience on the one hand, but regular on the other. I explain what happened to me, I made a purchase on August 21, 2022 and since they lacked stock they made me a first shipment that I received on August 29 by post mail from Spain. There was still about 30% of my purchase left to serve but to replace those things it took about 2 weeks and I just received what was missing yesterday 26.09, that is, from when I made the purchase until it was completed it took more than 1 month and it seems to me an excessive time to serve an order. The good part is that they kept me informed at all times of how everything was going and they were very kind (the truth is that the attention was wonderful), but I was not so comfortable with the waiting time. The products were very good and corresponded to what I had ordered, except for one that was a different color, but I think the image on the website does not show it very well and it seems darker, but this does not matter. I want to order more things but first I will check the delivery time of the new order and the available stock, I don't want any more delays.

Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience
Maybe I'm just unlucky, because they seem to have a good reputation, but my first ever experience with Deplacer was very disappointing.
I placed an order with Deplacer on 25th May 2022. It took them three weeks to ship the item. Okay, I get it wasn't something readily available, I can live with that. My main concern at that point was that the item was supposed to be a birthday present and may not arrive in time.
Then, after a few weeks, the real problem became apparent. The order was meant for Dublin, Ireland. However, the Deplacer warehouse sent it instead to... Dubai.
When I raised it with them, they advised they could not resend the item because they didn't have any more in stock, so they had to wait for the return to arrive before resending. But the return parcel got lost on return from Dubai to the warehouse in Spain. Obviously, the birthday has come and gone and I had to purchase something else from another company.
I asked Deplacer for a refund and let's just say the response time was far from satisfactory. Eventually, after chasing, they advised I will get one and somebody from the refunds department would contact me. I chased again after a week, since nobody contacted me. Then waited another week before another chaser - this time, probably seeing my understandable annoyance, they responded quite quickly and 5 days later I got my refund.
The overall timeline was:
1. Order placed 25th May.
2. Dispatched 14th June.
3. Arrived to Dubai (incorrect destination) on 23rd June, then got stalled for a month there.
4. Sent back from Dubai to Spain on 26th July.
5. Arrived back to Spain on 10th August and - apparently - got lost there.
6. I asked for a refund on 13th August.
7. Chased them on 26th August as I got no response to my earlier email. They replied on the same day - I was advised the financial department will contact me to process the refund.
8. Chased the refunds mailbox on 7th September, as nobody contacted me. Got no response for a week.
9. Chased again on 15th September in, let's just say, somewhat irrate words. Got response from the customer service on the same day and the refund process was initiated.
10. I finally got my refund on 20th September. Almost 4 months after placing the order and over a month after asking for a refund.
While I'm OK-ish with the lenghty time it took them to dispatch the item ordered, the mistake in the destination is inexcuseable. The long response times were also very disappointing and not a standard I expected from a company with so many positive reviews (they said they were in the process of moving their head office, but is it really an excuse for not answering emails in a reasonable timeframe?).
Eventually I got my money back along with an apology for the inconvenience, but I doubt I will be ordering anything from them ever again.

My experience with this store is from years ago, when there were almost no online stores and much less gay, which was a discovery at the time I think it was around 2007 or 2008, I don't remember well, but since that time I have been buying from Often I don't know if 4 or 5 purchases per year, some better than others, although during a time they had many problems I don't know why it was, it seems to me that they changed owners or something like that and in those times each order took forever or there were errors on shipped products, etc.
The truth is that they always sent everything well and on time except during that period of time that was several months and that's why I got angry and stopped buying for at least 2 years, until I came back and tried to make a new purchase and everything went well, without delays or errors, and so on until 2 months ago that I made my last order and I don't know why they took longer than necessary, like 2 weeks to send the order and one more week to arrive in Ireland and to top it off they were wrong with it color of a product, which is not very important, but it bothers me.
The last purchase was about 600€, which is not bad at all so that they are more careful with these things and send the orders more quickly.
I already communicated all this to the support service and they apologized and they were kind, but I think I should give them a slap on the wrist so that they are more aware that today there is a lot of competition and we have to be attentive, improve the service, and above all all give faster deliveries.
I have nothing to say about the prices or the quality, all this is very good and that is why I continue to trust you, but although all this is very long, I want you to read it and take it into account, especially from a client who has so many years being faithful to your store.
Until now I think I had never put a review here, but to make them more efficient I will only give them 3 stars that I will improve over time if later I see that they return to giving the fast service they used to.

Scammers, don’t fall for it
Worst company i ever had the misfortune to deal with. Complete scam - requests bank payments to shady accounts, uses a non-listed carrier that never delivers the order for over five months and now customer service decided they stop communicating too when asking for proof for their “investigations”. Absolute scammers, avoid at all cost
Update: since then, they have also blocked my account on their site to make it harder to prove the purchase to trustpilot…

I placed an order last year, they claimed that it was lost in the mail and resent. They then claimed that the new shipment was sent back due to problems with the address multiple times and actually asked me to pay more for shipping. Are you kidding me? Total B.S.
The worst webshop experience ever...
The liar company. Do not order anything from them. After ordering at the start of October i received a very poor quality product. I made a claim, and they offered to sent a replacement I just should pay the cost of delivery. Since that I did not got anything. They sent a false tracking number which is in Spanish and can not tell you the country of origin or destination… I have emailed several times for a rebut i just get an automated message back saying they are dealing with staff shortages due to covid. This website is a scam and will only take your money.. do not order from them. They should be shut down, I will write to any offical body to close this liar company.
Update I: I wrote a really angry mail to Luke P. from Customer Service and now they offered to send me ASAP a replacement and a gift because of all my inconveniences. It would be great if I do not have to threaten the company to do something. Looking forward to have finally the replacement after 6 months.. My opinion have not change yet.. And I do not know if I ever get back my trust to them.. If I got the delivery I will write an update. Let's see if they keep finally their promises... and I hope they are not just stringing me again.
Update II.: Finally after 6 months I got the replacement, and some gifts, thank you Luke P. for your effort.. Sorry, but even finally the company delivered my order ( I mean the replacement of a bad quality product what I got at first). I can not say that I will ever order anything again from them, and I can not say that I will recommend this webshop to anyone..Sorry, but it was the worst webshop experience ever...It was really a nightmare..
Normally for this performance I would give zero star, just because of Luke P. effort I give 1 star. Sorry, never ever deplacer.com.

Scam site, do not order from them

After ordering at the start of october i have still not received my item nor a refund !! They sent a false tracking number which is in spanish and can not tell you the country of origin or destination… i have emailed several times for a refund but i just get an automated message back saying they are dealing with staff shortages due to covid. I originally asked for a refund in November, im still waiting… they also use N26 top-up berlin to take payment so you can not do a chargeback…. This website is a scam and will only take your money.. do not order from them. They should be shut down

Edit : after writing this review and emailing them again about my refund, i was refunded within 24 hours, however, they could only refund into my bank account and not the card i used hence i didnt get the full amount back due to exchange rates being different and also non sterling fees. I originally paid £52 but only got £48 refunded.
I still stand by my previous statement, just find another site to order from, they have no reviews on their actual site and no contact numbers…. Save yourself the aggravation

Scam!?
Ordered some items in October worth about 230 euro’s. They never arrived. After emailing back and forth as the parcel was “lost” I decided to buy the items elsewhere and claim a refund. Customer service told me it would take 10 days to refund the money. Today almost 30 days have passed since I asked for the refund and I have not seen the money. Neither did I get a reply to my email asking for an update. I have been really patient with this webshop but after reading several reviews on here I think I might have been scammed. I think about going to the police to file a report.
