People think that buying these sorts of things is wierd and terrible. Honestly, it's not, which is why I wanted to make a review for this. The website holds a large number of items to choose from and they even have images on their website that suit the season, which is fun!
I was surprised by the fact that almost all of these items were cheap! I tried purchasing a few since I had the opportunity and it was delivered on the spot. In all honestly, it's pretty great.

When I placed my order, it didn't ship. I contacted the customer service team, and a very nice lady named Kristy emailed me back that she would find out what happened. A few days later, I received an email stating that my order would be shipping the next day. Two days after that, I received my parcel. I am very happy with the products I ordered and I will definitely be ordering from Deplacer again!

AVOID AT ALL COST!! Very unprofessional outfit.Took payment and processed order. Would not reply to messages asking when order would be shipped until I contacted Hipay requesting refund. They then contacted me stating that order would be shipped in 3 days as they do not ship until 2 weeks after order is placed ( never heard of this business model before). 3 days later they cancelled order. Refund made by Hipay. Item originally ordered doubled in price on site.

I contacted yourselves one week and then 10 days after payment was accepted, asking when my order would be shipped. When you did not reply to either of these messages I requested a refund. Only then you replied and told that you would ship in 3 days time. 3 days later YOU cancelled my order.
I have never encountered an online retailer with such poor customer service. I shall now be posting this review on Twitter.

One of the best customer service experience. I have given multiple tries to this site and always got more than expected. Discrete delivery took less time than mentioned arrival time. product qualities are decent. Some other stores were charging way more than their price list. So I think prices are also great. They took care of my ordered items and that was one of my most important requirements and glad that they took care of every thing very nicely.
