Took too long. Came late

Deliveries to your home cost extra, and you only find out after the order. Returns are also charged to the customer.

But the product is good and was nicely discounted to the price at the manufacturer's site. Delivery also quite fast for being based in another EU country.

Produce delivered to quality. It was delayed a bot but the customer support team handled this very well. Will buy again from this company.

I ordered Northface sliders which arrived faulty so I tried to do a warranty on the item but you never get a reply off this company. Plus ordering to the uk and trying to send back to Spain is a pain and the return charges don’t make it easy to send items back. Don’t order from this company!

One of the best glasses

Bought some shoes, they took a lot longer to arrive than stated. That was ok, I had a feeling they would. However they are too small. I'm STILL waiting for them to collect 9 days after requesting and paying for the courier via their website. I've tried to use the webchat, its a bot, don't bother. I've had one email saying they would investigate and stating they are committed to a response within 24-48 hrs. 8 days later that hasn't happened.

So if everything goes to plan, then DeporVillage are ok. If it doesn't you're in trouble. I won't be using them again.

I am very disappointed with both the product and the customer service. The helmet's internal padding is poorly designed, does not fit properly, and makes the helmet uncomfortable to wear. For a product in this price range, this level of quality is simply unacceptable.

What made the experience even worse was the customer support. Communication has been slow and unhelpful, and they refuse to provide a return shipping label, even though I simply want to return the helmet and receive a refund. Instead of making the return process straightforward, they have made it unnecessarily difficult.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend buying from this company.

Very good timing and excellent execution a good company

Awful experience, Ordered 3 items in May. Still waiting on delivery. Have been told twice there was an issue with delivery address yet is a Spar shop open from 6am - 12 midnight 7 days a week. I have messaged a dozen times without even a response. Today I was on the chat bot and disconnected after an hour of waiting for an agent. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I’m trying to return a pair of shorts and the collection from home wasn’t made. I’ve found it impossible to contact any customer services about this and have only got to chat to an AI bot.

What ever happened to picking up the phone and talking to a customer assistant.

All this technology and I can’t even send a pair of shorts back.

Unacceptable and won’t be using this company again.
