Price is not what it actually is

I didn’t like that I would get a price at checkout and then it would go up once I got to the next page and then once I left the shipping page the price went up AGAIN once I got to the check out page. So for example ny price says “$417.68” then the next page it would say “$444.76” then the final one it would say “$478.96”. That was concerning and a little disappointing.

Poor customer service, lost package

I placed an order 10 days ago and received no tracking update. I reached out to Dermstore customer service who said the package was lost with their third party carrier. They refused to expedite shipping on the replacement package even though there was already a significant delay. Very poor Customer Service. I will not do business with Dermstore again when there are many other options that value customer satisfaction.

I only received part of my order

I only received part of my order. The two items that I subscribed to still have not arrived and I leave for vacation tomorrow. That means I won’t have them when I need them.

Order and don’t see where discount and 5.00 rewards was applied. It seems the price went up after order was placed.

Paid and still haven’t received my order. My card was charged 4/22

My card was charged 4/22. Supposed to be received 2-3 days. Still don’t have it and tracking says still USPS still waiting on package. This happened last year I paid over $200 and my order was never shipped. Not sure why I even bothered to order again except I like the product I ordered just seems you have a problem with shipping. This is too expensive to not receive your order TWICE.

Delivery and customer service issues

I purchased some sun screen and moisturizer and after a few days received an email saying the purchase would be delayed. A week passed. No updates. I tried the chat function, and the AI put me in an endless and useless loop. Asking the same 3 questions over and over no matter what I typed in. I then tried the customer service message center. Just to askwhen the products I paid for would be delivered. More AI. "We're looking into it." "We'll get back to you." A week passes, and no one gets back to me. Dermstore ghosts me. Two days later, I message again. Prompting: "looking into it ...".

I sent an email regarding not receiving the two day free shipping. I was charged for the shipping and nobody has gotten back to me for my order. Very frustrating.

Competitive Prices on Skincare Products

Dermstore is a go to for me when I want great prices on higher end skincare products. I have been a customer for several years and always received well packaged, authentic products from this reseller from top named brands. I have never needed customer service, and will continue to be a huge fan of Dermstore.
