Never received order
Never received order. Spent 1/2 an hour on chat with poor resolution. Then had to call to ensure credit was issued, another 15 minutes. Dermstore is now off my shopping list for a future orders.
After receiving a message from Liam that situation would be resolved, I received a message asking me to submit payment for the order I already paid for and never received.

Absolute worst case scenario
I ordered elta MD UV clear 46spf and it gave me a horrible reaction. I had to follow up with customer service for 3 WEEKS in an attempt to get a refund for this product that aggravated my Rosacea that SPECIFICALLY SAID it was formulated not to. I sent photos multiple times and they claimed to both never have received them and also that they needed to do a “further investigation.” I then did a consult with a “dermatologist” that wound up not being one at all who after sending photos of my reaction AND what product caused the reaction- the first product this “dermatologist” recommended was the product that made me break out! Customer service THEN insinuated I was a LIAR and had not sent the images (which I would gladly post here if the option were available) and said as a “gesture of goodwill” they would refund me. GOODWILL? Your product made me break out in red spots for days!! 0/10 awful first experience with this company. Would not recommend.
