I really loved the look of the trench coat I bought from Derschutze back in December it has a great design and initially felt like a quality piece. However, after just a few months, the fabric has started to discolor and show signs of pilling, which is quite disappointing given how little I’ve worn it.

I contacted customer service and was asked to send photos, which I did, but I never received any follow-up. I also tried reaching out via Instagram, but unfortunately didn’t get a response there either.

I still think the coat has potential, but I’m disappointed with the lack of communication and support from the brand.

Update they sent a new coat!

3 months ago I received a new pair of shoes. They didn’t fit so I sent them back for an exchange. It’s been 3 months since I’ve sent them and they are not giving me my money and refuse to help me with the process. I have now wasted $250 and I don’t even have a pair of shoes. Do not let the followers and verified account fool you, this is not a trustworthy company.

January 3th I placed and paid my order, Delivery should be in 8-9 days. Unfortunately until now,11 days later, I did not get anything in yet.
Okay, this can happen, it must be busy down there, but they do not keep me updated. I have send several mails but no reply. No sound from the delivery service or DerSchutze.

Very nice quality. Shipment can take a while but what do you expect, its a small bussiness and not a multibillion dollar company. They offer really unique and good quality clothing for the price.

Completely trustable, takes a while to ship but when it does ship it’ll arrive within 2 days. Products are unbelievably good quality for the price you pay

On December 10, I placed an order in the store and paid for it as a gift for Christmas. Unfortunately, I have not received any information about shipping to this day. The store responds to my emails that they have 5 to 9 business days to ship.

I am very disappointed - I am afraid that the items will not arrive by Christmas.

I would like to point out that this year I have bought a lot of things online and none of the stores offer such long shipping times. I have not noticed on their website that this is indicated.

I will never shop in this store again and I warn others who are short on time to consider it.

I've placed an order on December 7th, meant to be a Chrtistmas gift. As of writing this review, I have only received ONE email back saying the shipment was meant to be sent out early this week with no concrete date; so far, no confirmation received.

I've reached out both via email and instagram (as they have no phone to call smh) but received no replies. It's a big shame that the online experience is so tragic and they have complete disregard for their customers.

On the positive note, the service in the London store has been fantastic. Shame I bought something there before this incident and the whole positive image of this brand I had is now gone.

Hoping that by posting this review, the team will finally acknowledge the issue and see to resolve it.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience

I recently ordered a jacket from their store. While the jacket was of nice quality, it was unfortunately too small. I reached out to the customer support for assistance, but the experience was incredibly disappointing.

When I asked a question, the response I received was, “I have no idea,” which was both unprofessional and unhelpful. Additionally, I had to create my own return label and send the item back myself, rather than their team providing the label and billing me for the shipping cost.

I sent four emails seeking further assistance, yet each time it took way too long to get a reply. This lack of responsiveness and professionalism made the process unnecessarily frustrating.

While I appreciate the quality of theclothes, this experience has left me unwilling to purchase from their store ever again.

Still haven't received promised compensation for delays, and no reply to mail or Instagram dms

Great quality but more importantly customer service was amasing, had a slight tear in on of the shirts and they sent me a new one on the day. Frequent shopper here and never dissapointed

I got scammed. I have received and package with 2 missing items, they wanted photos and now they don't respond for more than 10 days. I tried to contact them, but they don't respond. Be careful!

Didn't like the shoes i ordered, issued a return and nowhere in the refund part of their page (which is also very hard to find in small print in the bottom right corner of their website) did it say that the customer had to pay for return shipping. Among other things it shows they have poor business practices.

I emailed them about a hoodie that I received that was 2cm too short lengthwise and height wise.
I got one response that said "2cm is within the limits" and that I could exchange for a medium. I then sent another email saying a medium probably wouldn't work because if the measurements are accurate, it would be too large. That had been ignored.
Additionally, the increments between sizes on the size chart are 2cm each size. This means you could receive a size medium that fits like a size small or size large.
If the customer were to exchange an item, they would still have to pay return shipping even if the item doesn't meet the website specifications. It wasn't stated anywhere on the website that there can be a 2cm discrepancy.
Another troubling thing is their legal section on their website. The first being that they can refuse service to anyone for any reason. The second being that any information on their website doesn't have to be accurate and they do not have to change it.

Okay clothing, poor business practices.

I ordered products more than a month ago and I’ve heard nothing from them since. I tried to dm on IG and Tiktok and I mailed them but they just don’t respond.

The quality has dropped since they launched and it's taking them months to send out goods to customers. Meanwhile they're busy on social media promoting products that won't be sent to customers for months. You shouldn't try to sell anything you can't send out immediately. Many people have missing Christmas gifts they purchased in November. Derschutze promised a gift voucher for compensation which has turned into an empty promise.

I have ordered over ten items from Derschutze and i am a massive fan of their clothes. The quality is amazing and the embroidery is so unique, if you are into streetwear but find other brands basic and youre budget is around 60-200 than this brand is great for you. They have had some issues with shipping lately due to problems with their factory but they are currently fixing it. I saw another review on here saying they dont have good customer service, i personally dont have the same experience. When i e-mailed them about a order that was taking a bit longer than expected i recieved an answer back the same day. I love this brand, would recommend
