Derschutze is a really good quality clothing brand out of Germany with some really sick graphics man. Would recommend to anyone that’s into the streetwear look and I’ve never had problems with any customer service or quality issues. I would highly recommend.

The clothes are really great quality, I can vouch specifically for their t-shirts which are brilliant, so if you can buy in a retail store I definitely recommend them.

However, I ordered sneakers two weeks ago - for which I had to pay €12.99 for shipping (!!) - and they have still not even SHIPPED. For that price I would expect to be wearing them the next day, or the day after at the very least.

An absurd price for the terrible service, I just hope that the shoes are as good quality as the t-shirts are.

ordered from their most recent drop and had to pay 5.99 for shipping which they said would take 7-9 business days it’s been 11 business days now and i’m still on “order placed” i’ve sent emails and have gotten no response at all with no updates on their social media about where the orders are

Very fast and good customer service, refunded very fast when an item was malfunctioned. 10/10 would order here again.

Super high quality and unique designs. Fast answer on costumer service aswell. Highly recommended, although they often sell out quickly.

Returning shoes that are to small is an almost impossible task, so be prepared not to be able to do this. Part of the problem is that Dershutze do not have a customer services contact telephone number (or certainly don’t make one available) and don’t seem to want to deal with the German customs service.

Top Experience it took some time before the product came and I had to pay a deliver fee on top of shipping which made it a lot more expensive than originally thought, but this was a mistake on my part. I am located in Norway and it was our laws which adds 25% on top of the pice of the product plus the shipping I think.

Then there is the product. I was a little scared that it would be to small or slim fitting sins I ordered a medium and their models for the most part used mediums, but when the product arrived I was pleasantly surprised not only by the perfect fit but also the feel of the hoodie and the embroidery which both felt like they where properly made.

If you think about buying one of their products then don’t can assure you that you don’t have to worry about the quality.
So therefore my experience and the product is a clear 5/5

I ordered a hoodie and a jacket from the last drop, the quality is good, the fit is perfect, the embroidery is also perfect, quick delivery (less than a week and i'm in France).
Very good brand, it is worth the price which is not excessive, I highly recommend.
