I did not realise you had to put the prints in the frames yourself, as if they were photos. I also thought the prints would not be paper posters. At least the colours were correct.

I have tried to contact customer…

I have tried to contact customer service numerous times to no success. This was my first order and all of the 5 prints were too small for my frames. Unfortunately, the website is not specific about the size of the borders so it was impossible to calculate before purchasing. The prints are nice but again all too small for my frames rendering them useless.

sizing was off

I purchased two prints, they both arrived in great condition. however, one of the prints was a few mm off of the described size (actual size was 8.7x12.2 instead of 8 x 12), which made it a nightmare to find a frame that would fit. i ended up having to get a much bigger frame that would fit the print matted. overall fine and i am pleased with the pieces just an annoying mistake.

Non-existent, AI-only customer support

Order arrived a week later than indicated so I had to order another one from a different company to have it in time for an event. I tried to reach out to Desenio support but I just get automated AI replies. I've had to do a chargeback on my credit card.

The prints came super fast an safely pack, even though one of the frames was coming apart, a little bit of crazy glue fixed it. The prints are even better in person and I love that they give us ldead on how to do a wall art.
