I want to love this product- frame is…

I want to love this product- frame is beautiful and print turned out very nice. I would not pay extra fee for framing - it was not worth the additional fee. Also I didn't realize it was framed in cheap plastic! definitely not worth 90$ I paid, worried it will crack or scratch with writing on it overtime.

Fast delivery and packaged well

Fast delivery and packaged well. The print met my expectations and more. We had the print blown up to one of the largest sizes and the quality was just as pictured. I would highly recommend!

The frame was not nailed together

The frame was not nailed together. Two corners were very loose and poster would not stay inside of it. Poster was nice, frame and framing service was of poor quality. I would have done the framing myself if i had known it would be poorly done.

It’s a shame

It’s a shame, the art was lovely but my frame arrived damaged and instead of offering to send me new glass they said I should buy a new $85 frame.

Asking I said that was absurd, they gave me the option to return the frame and wait for the refund the purchase another one but my original order took long enough to arrive I shouldn’t have to deal with the hassle of returning the frame just and be out $85 until I get a refund (which — based on other reviews might not even happen)

Bad experience.

The art i received was completely washed out and then it took me 3 weeks and many, contacts to get a refund. I wish i could say better but it was an awful experience.
