The printouts are low resolution
The printouts are low resolution. Ordering a large size (50x70 and 70x100) resulted in very low quality posters.

Even this one star is too much. The quality sucks, customer service doesn't take my opinion of the product for real and now they are demanding me to pay 20 euros for returning an order. Never gonna order again and neither should you.

The poster I had ordered unfortunately had colour error. I contacted Desenio and luckily the customer service was great. I got contacted super fast and the product was refunded very fast, easily and without hesitation. Even though the product i recieved wasn’t perfect, the problem was solved outstandingly well. Thank you! Also the other poster of my order was in perfect condition and matched all the expectations!

Worth to buy
The posters are awesome and of good quality, no complaints. The annoying thing is that I bought mine with 30% discount and now all the posters are on 40% discount, just few days later. For this, I can not rate with all five stars even the product itself might well deserve it.

Customizing poster service is horrible
Bought a custom birth poster for my daughter. The input option for personal data input is horrible designed on the website since the data was wrong sometimes and i have to redo the whole thing few times. No option for poster review once you add the poster to shopping cart. The customized poster can’t apply with any discount.No return or change on customized poster either. Worst shopping experience so far.

I'm not satisfied with the quality of…
I'm not satisfied with the quality of the posters. I expected them to be more slippery material. They look like I'd printed them out myself but on a bigger and thicker paper.
The pictures are not sharp and the quality is not well in bigger posters (50x70). Would recommend only the smaller ones. I'm not pleased with the white corners on them.
Would ever pay the normal price for the posters, luckily got them on sale.
