OOPS - I SHOULD HAVE READ THE OTHER REVIEWS! This company is awful, perhaps even a scam? Took my money without delivering the product, I've been chasing it for 3 weeks now with no resolution so I've had to open a case via PayPal to get the money refunded.

Excellent quality product. Well priced and super fast delivery.

Order process was straightforward, product delivered in a timely manner and is exactly what I wanted, would highly recommend.

Dreadful Company. I ordered a house sign on 27th July and when it arrived it was wonky. They promised me a replacement. They told me it had been despatched but when I checked with APC, their courier they knew nothing about it. They then told me APC had been on strike. APC denied this. Had enough of being lied to so I have now asked Paypal for a refund.

I ordered an etched slate house sign from this company. I so wished I had checked Trustpilot before placing my order.

The house sign was late and when it arrived it was clearly transfer printed on and not etched. I queried this with the company and received an email that basically says I had not read their T&C’s.

The house sign is clearly going to peel off in time and of poor quality for the money paid. I will not be putting up.

I have since ordered another properly etched slate house sign from a local reputable company and it is perfect.

I would strongly advise you don’t place an order with this company.

I ordered a house sign on the promise that it would be with my 2 days later. Contacted the company who bombarded me with a series of excuses as to why I had not received my sign. I paid £10 extra for an express service with 24 hour delivery and the sign has only just showed up nearly 2 weeks later. I have asked for a refund of the postage but been refused. General all round poor customer service.

Ordered 2 signs on 9th August. Confirmation email confirmed payment and said delivery would be by 23rd August or before. Nothing arrived. Tried to get in touch but they would not respond. Figured it might be a scam because which company these days doesn’t have a telephone number or respond. Worried in case it was a scam I called my bank and they have recovered my money. Once my money had been recovered I finally received a response saying it wasn’t their fault but they were having terrible problems with the courier company (TNT). I will never use this company again.

Great customer service. I ordered a granite house sign and it arrived damaged. Email to company and new sign dispatched quickly without any issues. Will use company again for other signs.

I ordered a house name sign on the 13th July and as of August 24th still waiting for it to arrive. I was given excuses blaming Royal Mail and was promised express delivery by a different courier to make amends if I gave the company another chance to supply the goods. Sadly my order has not arrived. All I get are automated email replies telling me it's been dispatched. Trying to get a refund but not holding out much hope for that either.

Very happy with my purchase it is exactly as I expected. Slight hiccup on delivery but it was quickly and efficiently resolved.

Arrived promptly (very well packaged), it's exactly what I ordered and is now sitting pride of place on my sister's front door, as it was a moving in gift.

The only positive was that the website gave us more control over the design and for a resonable price, but it was dissapointing to wait three weeks for it to arrive and bad for the lack of communication. I was worried so I phoned to ask if it had been dispatched. When it did finally arrive, it was poorly packaged, and the sign had not been cut straight. I wouldn't recommend this company to a friend unless they wanted something cheap and of second rate workmanship. Apart from the wonky shape it looks very beautiful.

Good quality product delivery period was a bit longer than expected.

The sign was great when it finally turned up waited over six weeks and two emails sent as there is no phone number to call.
Very poor service, if you've got time on your hands for a long wait you'll do alright with this company but I would recommend going somewhere else

Great website and lots of choices, very easy to design your own sign. Much better than others I considered.
Product came as promised and is exactly as I ordered, lovely quality. Very pleased.

Ordered a engraved slate house sign, 30cm x 15cm. Paid for 48 hours production and dispatch, just shy of £135 in total. A week and a half later I have been provided with a sign with the last letter of the house name not engraved. It is now two and a half weeks since original order and promises and platitudes I have emails full of, but no fully finished sign, no refund, and though I have chased almost every day, it is always blamed on those pesky couriers — which the sign actually never gets to, as I would receive emails as soon as it is scanned into the system. Truth? There are no other signs, no replacements are being made and sent. Just lies. Hoping PayPal will be able to get me the refund and then I can take my money to a trusted source on the high street.

Have just received my sign and am extremely disappointed with it. It is on slate but looks like it has been printed in white writing - similar to a sign on an office door although not plastic. I wrote to them straight away to say that I was not happy with the product and requested a refund. They replied immediately to say that the sign was laser engraved as stated on their website and I must have expected a deep groove engraving. They would not offer me a refund. I normally only leave positive reviews but I am hoping that this review will prevent others from making the same mistake as I have and wasting their money. I am sure that I am not the first. I have since found companies providing deep groove engraving for a similar price.

The sign I received had a mark across one corner. When I complained I was told this was a natural feature of the slate. I have examined similar signs throughout our village and none of them mirror this feature. However, the only person who can make the company do what it does not want to do is a District Judge at the County Court and I am not prepared to go to that length. I would not use this company again

The sign is great, thanks. It would have been useful to have received confirmation of my order especially as it took longer that the suggested 10 days which was not a problem apart from the fact that I did not know you had received my order or that it was in the process of being processed. Thank you
